| With the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,industrialized construction buildings are widely concerned by the community because of its high construction efficiency,short construction period,energy saving and emission reduction,environmental protection and other characteristics.However,due to the late start of China’s construction industrialization,the main body of the industrial chain is generally split,leading to the scale of industrial construction can not be formed,resulting in a series of problems such as high cost,low quality,delay in construction period and so on.As one of the effective ways of industrial chain integration,knowledge sharing can improve the efficiency of cooperation between the main bodies,reduce the cost of coordination,and strengthen the cooperation among the main bodies,which helps to reduce the loss caused by improper communication.Therefore,it has become an important issue to play the collaborative role of knowledge sharing in the industrial chain of industrialized construction,promote enterprise cooperation and improve the overall production performance of the industrial chain.This paper studies the knowledge sharing behavior of the main body in the industrial chain of industrial construction.On the basis of summarizing the literature and combing the relevant theoretical concepts,the existing problems of knowledge sharing in the industrial chain of industrialized construction are analized,the main body of the industrial chain as PC component manufacturers,developers and contractors are defined,the necessity and feasibility of knowledge sharing based on the three bodies are discussed,and the empirical analysis is used to identify the main influencing factors of knowledge sharing from the perspective of cost-benefit.Based on the identified influencing factors,a tripartite evolutionary game model is established.Through the stability analysis of unilateral and mixed strategies,the knowledge sharing strategies and evolutionary paths of PC component manufacturers,developers and contractors in the industrial construction industry chain are explored,and the initial conditions of the system tending to the ideal state are obtained.Under the initial conditions,SD evolutionary game model is constructed based on the system dynamics theory.The influence of the changes of seven factors on the selection of the main knowledge sharing strategy is analyzed,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the knowledge sharing of the main body of industrial construction industry chain from the perspective of developers,PC component manufacturers and contractors.The results show that the probability of knowledge sharing is positively related to the incentive coefficient and punishment coefficient,but excessive incentive will bring adverse effects;it is negatively related to the sharing cost,and the result of both bodies reducing the sharing cost is better than that of one body,and there is a system optimal solution of only one body reducing the sharing cost;it is positively related to the original cost,when both bodies are independent The results show that the system tends to knowledge sharing when the original cost is high and the initial cost of one side is high and the other side is low;it has nothing to do with the supervision cost and profit coefficient of developers,and it can’t change the knowledge sharing willingness of the main body of the industrial chain by optimizing the coefficient.This study aims to promote the knowledge sharing of the main body of the industrial chain,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of the industrial chain of industrialized construction. |
