In an era of knowledge economy,knowledge has rapidly replaced important capital such as machinery and equipment,land and raw materials,and has become an important cornerstone for enterprises to accumulate wealth.Knowledge resources and capabilities are considered to be key factors for companies to survive and develop in complex,uncertain and competitive environments.With the increasing importance of knowledge to modern enterprises,the academic and practical communities are increasingly focusing on the organization's ability to identify,capture,create,share or accumulate knowledge.In addition,with the development trend of global R&D,the R&D team is playing a very important role,and the R&D efficiency is highly dependent on the degree of knowledge sharing between individuals.However,in the process of knowledge sharing,the R&D team has some obstacles that make the sharing efficiency not high enough.For example,the gap between employees sharing and understanding knowledge leading to the difficulties of knowledge sharing and absorption;the lack of knowledge sharing motivation between new employees;being reluctant for R&D team members to share due to individual knowledge representing future power or status;the difficulty of identifying knowledge to be shared,the difficulty of expressing cryptic knowledge;limitations of knowledge sharing tools.Therefore,improving the willing of knowledge sharing is a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.The knowledge sharing behavior of the R&D team is a dynamic process,which is applied to the evolutionary game theory.Based on the research background and significance,this paper first defines the R&D team,knowledge and knowledge sharing concepts,and combs the knowledge basic theory and organizational learning theory.Then,based on the previous scholars' research,it analyses the knowledge sharing mechanism of R&D team,including motivation,process,main influencing factors and guarantee mechanism of R&D team knowledge sharing.The main influencing factors include subjective factors,such as cognitive ability,absorptive capacity and etc.,object factors and environmental factors,such as team atmosphere,incentive mechanism and etc.Through the analysis of these factors,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing of R&D team,and analyzes the model to explore the influence of various factors on knowledge sharing.Then,this paper selects a company to conduct case analysis to explore the status of knowledge sharing of the R&D team of the enterprise.Finally,this paper proposes a promotion strategy for R&D team knowledge sharing: R&D team implicit knowledge explicit strategy,knowledge sharing incentive strategy,knowledge sharing capacity improvement strategy.The purpose of this paper is to construct an evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing in R&D team based on the influencing factors of R&D team knowledge sharing,and to provide solutions for better knowledge sharing among R&D team members,which will help improve sharing efficiency and improve team creation.So that it will have certain practical significance,and at the same time have certain theoretical significance,which enriches knowledge-based theory and organizational learning theory.
