In recent years,great changes have taken place in the way of energy utilization in rural residential buildings,commodities such as coal,electricity and gas energy use is gradually replace traditional biomass such as straw,firewood,but,with that in the countryside can made of rural residential building energy consumption is increased,and the conflict of the concept of sustainable development in our country.Therefore,it is necessary to explore targeted energy-saving technologies based on the premise of indoor thermal environment based on the actual situation of rural areas in China,so as to reduce the energy consumption of rural residential buildings and finally realize the sustainable development of rural residential buildings nationwide.Under the background of the national policy of vigorously promoting the new rural construction,the new rural residential buildings in Yulin area are no longer traditional cave dwellings,but mainly one-story,two-story and three-story brick and concrete structures.According to the preliminary investigation,it is found that the heating cost of brick-concrete structure farm house in winter in Yulin is higher than that of farmers without stable income.For coal heating method,the coal consumption of farmers per 100square meters of floor area in each heating period is about 2~3 tons,and the coal cost is about 1000~2000 yuan.For gas wall-hung furnace heating method,The consumption of natural gas is about 1000~2000 cubic meters,and the cost of gas is about 2000~4000yuan.It can be seen that the energy consumption for winter heating of rural houses in this area is very large.Under the circumstance that the country actively carries out the rural"coal to gas",the economic pressure for winter heating of farmers is greater.In this paper,the author tries to study the optimization of energy saving of brick and concrete structure rural houses in Yulin area,so as to effectively reduce the demand of energy consumption for heating of rural houses in winter,thus reducing the heating expenses of farmers and realizing energy saving.First in yulin region in the second chapter the paper five township village visits and investigation,questionnaire,and 9 brick farmhouse for on-site testing,testing farmhouse,including a bungalow,two or three layer building,in the final analysis summarizes present situation investigation and test results further showed brick farmhouse,existing problems are:(1)the heating heat consumption is higher,higher cost of heating;(2)the heat transfer coefficient of the envelope exceeds the standard limit;(3)Good evaluation of indoor thermal environment and thermal sensation can be seen at the expense of increasing heating energy consumption.In the third chapter,according to the existing problems,combined with the basic theory of energy saving,the paper analyzes the energy saving of the brick farmhouse from four aspects:layout planning,single design,envelope structure and passive solar energy utilization.Considering that the main part of heating energy consumption in Yulin area is the heat consumption of envelope structure,the author focuses on the insulation design of envelope structure in the fourth chapter,and selects the representative two-story brick-concrete structure B2 of Mengcha Village as the typical house.On the basis of the analysis using Design Builder software first palisade structure energy saving optimization design scheme of single factors,including single factor with exterior wall insulation,roof insulation,surface heat preservation,heat preservation outside the window,outside door insulation,exterior wall than window,using the orthogonal experiment method,comprehensive analysis of multiple single factor level more comprehensive under the action of the optimal level combination,To determine the typical agricultural house heating energy consumption reduction effect of the optimal design scheme.In the fourth chapter,the importance of influencing factors on heating energy consumption of brick farm houses is firstly sorted as follows:thickness of external insulation layer of exterior wall>,thickness of roof insulation layer>,south window wall,>,outside window type>,north window wall,>.Secondly,from the orthogonal test of 27 schemes than selected the best scheme 5,that is,facing the south,37 brick wall EPS board external insulation(insulation layer 40 thick),reinforced concrete flat roof EPS grey board external insulation(insulation layer 70 thick),PVC plastic double glass window(3mm ordinary glass hollow 12mm),south window wall ratio 0.30,north window wall ratio 0.20,And on the basis of scheme 5,further optimization,finally determined the energy saving optimization scheme of brick and concrete structure rural house in Yulin area.Finally,the heating energy consumption of the optimized scheme is19.95W/m~2,and the heating energy consumption reduction rate is 55.25%on the basis of the heating energy consumption of 44.58W/m~2 in the original typical agricultural house,which verifies the feasibility of the optimized scheme.The research of this paper has important reference significance for guiding the energy saving optimization design of rural residential buildings with brick and concrete structure in Yulin area,and has certain practical significance for assisting the national rural construction and implementing the promotion of"coal to gas".
