In 2016,the population of rural residents in Shandong Province accounted for 41%of the total population in the province.With the improvement of living standards,the demand for heating of rural residents has gradually increased.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze and study different heating technologies for the choice of heating modes in rural areas of Shandong Province.Quantitative analysis of the heat consumption during the heating season in typical rural residential in Shandong Province under different meteorological conditions.The cumulative heat consumption per unit area in the northwestern and peninsula region of Shandong Province was 125.86 kWh/m~2 and 112.50 kWh/m~2,respectively,and the accumulated heat consumption of rural residential in the northern and middle regions of Shandong Province was about 117kWh/m~2.According to heating consumption for rural residential,thermodynamic analysis is carried out for several distributed heating systems,such as directly-heating electric heater,air source heat pump and biomass pellet heating stove.The power consumption is about 43kWh/m~2 for air source heat pump and convert into standard coal is 5.3kgce/m~2,which has the lowest heating energy consumption.The energy consumption of directly-heating electric heater,air source heat pump,biomasspelletheatingstoveandwallmountedgasboileris between14.5kgce/m~2~18.2kgce/m~2.The heating energy consumption of household cleaning coal stove is influenced by the thermal efficiency of stove,and its heating energy consumption is at the range of 31kgce/m~2~52kgce/m~2,accordingly,it is the key problem to improve the thermal efficiency of coal stove where the clean coal is used as heating transition energy.The electric energy sources mainly come from coal-fired power plants in China,hence,the energy consumption of directly-heating electric heater and air source heat pump is traced to primary energy(coal)is about 45kgce/m~2 and 16kgce/m~2 respectively.According to the primary energy consumption of each heating mode,the heating methods for heating energy consumption from low to high are air source heat pump,biomass pellet heating stove,wall mounted gas boiler,directly-heating electric heater and household cleaning coal stove.In terms of environmental benefits,the order of pollutants emission from low to high are as follows,biomass pellet heating stove,wall mounted gas boiler,air source heat pump and directly-heating electric heater.The emission of pollutants of clean coal stove is related to the quality of coal and the thermal efficiency of coal stove,if using the coal stove with the efficiency 45%and selecting the anthracite coal,the comprehensive emission of pollutants is lower than that of directly-heating electric heater.Calculate the operating cost of each heating method through the energy consumption of typical rural residential heating and energy prices in different regions.The operating cost of air source heat pump and biomass pellet heating stove is the lowest,in the range of 20~25yuan/m~2;The natural gas prices in Liaocheng and Jining regions are relatively low,and the heating cost for wall mounted gas boiler is 36~40 yuan/m~2;In Jinan and Yantai,the use of wall mounted gas boiler and household cleaning coal stove with a thermal efficiency of 45%and a heat source of half-bituminous coal are all around 50yuan/m~2;Liaocheng City,Jining City,and Jinan City belong to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air pollution transmission channel city,and“electrically substituted coal”for heating enjoys government subsidies.In these areas,the use of direct-heating electric heaters and household cleaning coal stove with thermal efficiency of 45%and anthracite as the heat source costs between 64 and 73 yuan/m~2.The heating cost of direct-heating electric heater in rural residential in Yantai is about 16 yuan/m~2 higher than that in the Liaocheng area,where the cumulative heat consumption of rural residential is higher.Therefore,it is important for the national or local government to implement appropriate subsidies for energy prices;The use of household cleaning coal stove with a thermal efficiency of 45%and anthracite as the heat source is the most costly operation,and the heating costs per unit area in each area are more than 100 yuan,under the same heating effect,the heating costs exceed the acceptable level of ordinary rural residents.The heat dissipation of the building envelope structure is an important factor affecting the heating energy consumption.According to the present situation of housing envelope structure in rural areas and the present renovation measures,reform plans are proposed.By analyzing the energy consumption of winter heating before and after the retrofit of the enclosure structure of the rural residential,the energy saving and economy of various retrofit schemes are analyzed.The energy saving rate of the combined transformation of external walls and roofs and the energy saving rate of adding sun room are all about 40%,but the former is more expensive to retrofit,and the economic effect is not as good as adding sun room;The energy saving rate of reforming the exterior wall alone is 27.5%,but the economy is not as good as that of the windows and doors with 10.9%energy saving rate.In addition,although the heating energy consumption can be reduced by retrofitting the roof alone or retrofitting door and window-roof combination,however,the energy-saving effect and economic efficiency are also not as good as adding sun room to the south facade of the rural residential.This research content provides a theoretical reference for the energy-saving reconstruction of residential enclosure structures in rural areas in Shandong Province.
