Research On Layout Optimization Strategy Of Public Open Space In Residential Area Under Block System

Residential public open space is not only an important part of urban public open space system,but also an important place for residents’ daily outdoor activities and social interaction.Whether the number,scale and layout of residential public open space are reasonable has a great impact on Residents’ daily outdoor activities.The number of parks,squares,street green space and other public open spaces in Xingfu road is insufficient,the distribution is uneven,the hierarchical relationship is not clear,and the existing public open space is not perfect and systematic.At the same time,the residential areas in the district are mainly composed of unit residential areas and commercial housing residential areas.Most of the residential areas are closed management mode,with different sizes.The residential areas of less than 1 hectare are are the main ones.It is common for multiple residential areas to occupy a block together.The residential areas in the block are separated by walls,and the activity sites and green spaces in each residential area are inward in spatial layout,It is mainly used by the residents in the residential area,and the residential area less than 1 hectare is lack of activity space,and most of the activities are carried out in the open space between the houses,which aggravates the lack of public open space in the residential area,and is not conducive to the daily outdoor activities of the residents.Xingfu Road,as the main military enterprise gathering area in Xi’an,has undergone great changes after nearly 70 years of development since the founding of the people’s Republic of China.At the same time,with the increasing improvement of residents’ living standards,there is a growing demand for public open space and daily outdoor activities in the residential area.This paper is divided into five parts.In the first part,the research background is introduced,and the relevant theory and practice of block system and residential public open space are studied.The research area of Xingfu road in Xi’an city is selected,and the research methods and research route are mainly elaborated;The second part mainly studies the layout mode of public open space in block system residential area,so as to provide the basis for the layout optimization of public open space in Xingfu Road residential area under the block system;The third part introduces the development process of Xi’an Xingfu road and the current situation of residential construction,as well as the current situation of the construction of residential public open space,and summarizes the current characteristics and existing problems of the layout of residential public open space;The fourth part,from the perspective of residents’ use,analyzes the travel path,travel distance and travel time of residents to each public open space in the process of daily outdoor activities,as well as the activity characteristics of residents in the residential area and the functional use of the current public open space,It summarizes the problems existing in the process of using public open space and the lack of function;The fifth part,through the previous summary of the residential public open space layout and use of the existing problems,formulate the layout goal of public open space,and put forward the layout optimization strategy of public open space,finally constructed the happy road residential public open space system.
