Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Public Open Space In Harbin Based On The User’s Needs

The rapid development of China’s economy has led to the change of urban construction. With the increasing attention of people’s health and spiritual life, good urban living environment has become an important factor to evaluate the quality of the city. City public space, a part of the whole city space, is an important place for public communication, leisure and entertainment, fitness, transportation and so on. And it is also the basic guarantee for the quality of life of urban residents. Urban public open space can promote the social communication of urban residents, improve the living happiness and social cohesion, therefore, the rationality of urban public open space planning is the key to measure the success of the design. In this paper, with the value of public open space as the basis of judgment, a deep research on the connotation essence and optimization strategy of urban public open space is made based on the needs of users.First of all, this paper introduces the background and purpose of the research, and analyzes the necessity, the basis, the method and the technical route of the urban public open space research. Related basic theory is described on this basis, focusing on the theory and practice of user needs, characteristics and classification of urban public open space, the function and evolution history of urban public open space in urban layout, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.Second, by introducing the theory of Post Occupancy Evaluation, and combined with the method of user needs survey, taking the city of Harbin as the research object, the construction of public open space is investigated, through the questionnaire survey of urban residents, the use of public open space, satisfaction and demand are more detailed understanding of urban residents, combined with investigation of present situation and influencing factors of public open space are analyzed.At last, with the research of Harbin urban public open space users demand results in deep analogy analysis, this paper puts forward the relevant optimization strategies of urban public open space planning, from the urban public open space planning principles, planning ideas, land allocation optimization, space layout optimization and user experience optimization, and obtains the corresponding enlightenment to the construction of urban public space.In the course of the study, this paper mainly adopts the literature review method, analysis and induction method, research reconnaissance method, Post Occupancy Evaluation, icon interpretation method and so on. Through a variety of urban public open space design theory to re-sort and field survey, the problems existing in the allocation of land, spatial distribution and micro distribution of urban public space in Harbin are obtained, and the related design elements are defined. At the same time, this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies of public open space in the three aspects, urban scale, urban form and urban function, and from the view of system, development and humanism, the corresponding enlightenment of urban public open space design and planning is obtained.The research results of this paper will strengthen the forward-looking, scientific and operational, help to enrich the technical means of urban material space planning, the concept and results of urban planning. In addition, the in-depth study of this paper can promote the reasonable construction of urban public open space, and provide reference for the full play of the role of the city’s living room, to promote the healthy development of urbanization has a strong practical significance.
