Strategy Research Of Old Community Reconstruction In Zhongyuan District Of Zhengzhou City From The Perspective Of Urban Repair

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)marked that China’s economic and social construction has officially entered a new stage of "transformation and development".Urban renewal has gradually become the mainstream of China’s urban development,and "incremental" urban development mode has been replaced by "stock" urban development mode.As the most basic unit of the city,the old community in the city has the characteristics of "large base and wide coverage".However,in recent years,the poor quality of the old community space environment and the serious damage of public facilities contradict people’s pursuit of high quality of life,so it is urgent to improve the quality of the community space.Taking the old communities in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City as the research object,this paper uses literature analysis method,field investigation method and quantitative analysis method to deeply study the urban repair theory and the status quo of the old communities in the construction road area.On the basis of summarizing and drawing on the advanced experience of the reconstruction of the old communities at home and abroad,From the old community space environment governance,implementation of security strategy and the historical context inheritance three aspects proposed the city repair perspective of zhongyuan district,zhengzhou city community reconstruction of old concrete strategy,finally in this city of zhengzhou city village renovation project practice,for example,from the Angle of the actual case further confirms the feasibility of transformation strategy and scientific.The content of this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the purpose and significance of the research under the background of the research on old communities,and sorts out the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad.Aiming at the existing problems of the old community,this paper further clarifies the research content and direction,constructs the research method and the research framework,and lays the theoretical foundation for the development of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the relevant theoretical research on urban repair through literature review,and complements the background and connotation of urban repair theory,as well as the relationship between urban repair and renovation of old communities.The case studies of Gukawa Town in Japan and Jinhua Town in Tainan provide inspiration for the subsequent writing.The third chapter conducts field research and visits to the old communities in Jianshe Road Area,Zhongyuan District,Zhengzhou,and makes in-depth summary and analysis,sorting out the common problems of the old communities in Zhongyuan District,Zhengzhou from the two aspects of social status and space environment.The fourth chapter is the core chapter of the paper.Based on the principles,goals and framework of the old community reconstruction from the perspective of urban repair,the paper puts forward specific renewal and reconstruction strategies for the old community reconstruction.The fifth chapter guides the transformation practice of Songyue Community project in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou on the basis of the improvement of renovation strategy.The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect,the author thinks that cities,repair and rebuilding of old community has a complementary relationship,the application of the concept of urban repair in the practice of the old community transformation,can not only improve the quality of community space environment,and to inherit the historical context of urban community,restore the urban vitality,for the future of our country old community reconstruction provide new theoretical basis.
