Study On The Renewal Mode Of Old Cities In China Base On The Urban Repair Ideology

Urbanization is an inevitable trend of social development and an important indicator for measuring the level of economic development of countries and regions.In the high-speed process of urbanization in C hina,a series of social problems have emerged,such as lack of public service facilit ies,congestion in downtown areas,deterioration of living environment,disappearance of urban features.Faced with many disadvantages of blind expans ion,the urban spatial form has shifted from extension to connotative development,and the renewal of the old city has become the fundamental means to optimize spatial layout,enhance urban vitality,and break through the bottleneck of development.Under t he background of the transformation of urban development from incremental planning to stock optimization,the state has vigorously promoted urban repair work.O bviously,the of old cities has become a frontier topic in the field of urban planning and management,with both academic value and practical application.On the basis of combing the development history and theoretical research of the old city renewal at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the development status,main methods and deep dilemmas of the old city renewal in C hina,and analyzes the interest game of each participant,so as to propose that achieving a multilateral win-win goal is the transformation direction of the old city renewal.Through the summarization of urban acupuncture,urban ca talyst,urban collage and other theories,the relationship between urban repair and related theories,the comparison with existing urban renewal,the transformation of the renewal connotation and the perspective of urban repair are analyzed,so as to clari fy the applicability and feasibility of urban repair in the renewal of old cities in C hina.Then,combined with the pattern type of the old city renewal and the task goal of urban repair,this paper establishes an evaluation index system from the six dimensions of economy,environment,society,transportation,residence and land,and uses the analytic hierarchy process,factor analysis method and cluster analysis.The method combines qualitative and quantitative methods to empirically analyze the renewal level of 15 sub-provincial cities in C hina,and obtains the evaluation results and comprehensive scores under the three modes of demolition and reconstruction,remediation,protection and repair.Based on the evaluation factor scores,this paper classifies the research objects to find the similarity of the sub-provinc ial cities in the old city update level and the balance in the dimension of urban development,so as to judge the update status of each city and have a quantitative understanding of the old city renewal level in C hina;through the analysis of the updated evaluation results and the renewal experience of typical cities,this paper proposes the optimization strategies for the renewal of old cities in China.Based on this,this article reflects on the main reasons for decision-makers' reliance on large-scale extensive renewal paths,proposes a mode combined with multiple co-governance and micro-renewal suitable for C hina's current situation from two aspects of governance model and renewal method,and formulates repair strategies and systems of implementation and guarantee.Combined with the theoretical research status and actual development level of the old city renewal in C hina,this paper aims to propose a more comprehensive renewal evaluation system to analyze the comprehensive renewal level of some cities and to construct an old city renewal model based on the urban repair concept.So put forward practical and effective suggestions to promote the sustainable development of C hinese cities and achieve the improvement of quality and vitality of the old city.
