Research On The Value Evaluation And Classified Protection Strategy Of Historical Buildings In Hancheng Historic District

Historical buildings are the space carrier of historical culture.They record the historical information of the city,and they are also important for the protection and inheritance of historical culture in the process of urban development.At present,the protection and utilization of historical buildings has become a hot issue in the academic circle.As the second batch of national historical and cultural cities,Hancheng has a complete historical pattern and good historical features.There are still a large number of historical buildings in the ancient city.In the early protection of historical buildings,Hancheng has listed some excellent historical buildings for protection,and achieved certain results,but there are still a considerable number of historical buildings that have not been selected and registered,resulting in the protection situation is not optimistic.On the basis of the existing protection,how to continue to improve the evaluation mechanism of the value of historical buildings in Hancheng,how to select them and explore the measures and methods of their protection and utilization are the main contents of this paper.This study takes the historical buildings in the historical city of Hancheng as the research object.Firstly,through a large number of field research,it completes the architectural mapping and current drawing of typical historical buildings,and forms the basic information database of historical buildings in the old city of Hancheng.Secondly,through literature review,combing and analyzing the identification mechanism of registered buildings in foreign developed countries and the current identification standards of historical buildings in various levels and cities in China,while summing up the experience and lessons,combined with the reality of Hancheng,this paper puts forward the identification standards of historical buildings in line with the regional cultural environment and heritage status of Hancheng.On this basis,combined with the existing research results and survey information,this paper combs the characteristics of historical buildings in Hancheng,and clarifies the problems existing in the process of protection and their causes.In view of the regional characteristics and the status quo of historical buildings in Hancheng,this paper uses AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)to build the value evaluation system model of historical buildings in Hancheng.Using the literature method and Delphi method to select the evaluation index,and then carry on the grading evaluation to the historical buildings,finally determine the first batch of historical building protection list of Hancheng,and determine the priority level of historical building protection.In addition,according to the different protection status of historical buildings in Hancheng,this study analyzes and demonstrates the typical cases,and puts forward specific protection suggestions and measures based on the priority level of protection.This research is a local exploration of the evaluation,selection and follow-up protection and utilization of historical buildings combined with the regional cultural characteristics and the current situation of heritage,hoping to provide reference for the protection and utilization of historical buildings in China.
