Research On The Protection Of Municipal Historical Buildings In Wuhan University Of Technology

Municipal historical buildings in colleges and universities are not only bricks and cement,but also play an important role in the memory of many people’s college days as precious architectural heritages of colleges and universities.As a national famous historical and cultural city,Wuhan,which has the second largest number of universities in China,regards the protection of historical and cultural cities and historic buildings as a key work.Among them,the administrative teaching buildings of the former Central South Architecture and Engineering School of Wuhan University of Technology in Fangshan campus and the first teaching building of Yujiatou Campus have been selected as outstanding historical buildings in Wuhan.Compared with the national key cultural relics protection units,both outside and inside universities generally pay less attention to the city-level historical buildings in universities.Even though the city-level historical buildings in universities represent the cultural deposits of the university,their protection is not scientific.The two city-level historical buildings in Wuhan University of Technology have the same problems.In this context,this paper combined with the relevant theories and practices of university and municipal historical building protection,established the university and municipal historical building protection evaluation system,according to the protection evaluation system of Wuhan University of Technology municipal historical building protection field research and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of protecting the historic buildings of Wuhan University of Technology by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,and puts forward specific strategies for the protection of the historic buildings of Wuhan University of Technology,in order to provide ideas for more research on the protection of the historic buildings of universities.In the first chapter,the paper first states the background of the topic,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,explains the related concepts of municipal historical buildings in universities,and analyzes the urgency and significance of the research on the protection of municipal historical buildings in Wuhan University of Technology.The second chapter introduces the theory and practice of municipal historic building protection.The third chapter,by referring to the theory and practice of the second chapter,constructs the structural model and calculation model of the evaluation index system for the protection of historical buildings at the municipal level of colleges and universities,and finally constructs the evaluation system for the protection of historical buildings at the municipal level of colleges and universities.The fourth chapter is the core chapter of the paper.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of wuhan University of Technology municipal historical buildings,and then carries out field research and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the two municipal historical buildings of Wuhan University of Technology based on the university municipal historical buildings protection evaluation system constructed in the third chapter.The fifth chapter summarizes the problems existing in the protection of wuhan University of Technology municipal historical buildings according to the field investigation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of the fourth chapter.Chapter six puts forward specific strategies for the protection of historic buildings of wuhan University of Technology from the aspects of value,use and safety,maintenance and attention of teachers and students.The seventh chapter is the summary of the research results obtained in the protection of historic buildings of Wuhan University of Technology and further research needs.
