The Space Planning Strategy Of Rural Community In Yangling District Under The Context Of Modern Agricultural

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China,agriculture has been at a critical point of change and development from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.The transformation and development to modern agriculture has broken the vertical barrier of the agricultural industry chain,enhanced the horizontal industrial connection of the three industries,and the integration of agriculture with industry,service industry and high-tech industry has become an important trend of development.The transformation of rural industries cannot be separated from the platform and material support provided by rural space.Therefore,it is especially urgent and necessary to explore extensive and differentiated planning methods and means to realize the synergistic development of rural industries and space.This paper takes the influence path of modern agriculture on rural space and the spatial planning of rural communities suitable for the development of modern agriculture as the research content,and analyzes the construction of the spatial planning theory of rural communities suitable for the development of modern agriculture from two perspectives: the demand for space from the development of modern agriculture and the demand for space from the construction of rural communities.Based on the characteristics of modern agricultural development,the impact of modern agricultural development on rural spatial planning,and with reference to the characteristics of new rural community construction,the spatial planning framework of rural communities suitable for modern agricultural development is synthesized.The spatial planning framework for rural communities in Yangling District is based on the characteristics of modern agricultural development,the impact of modern agricultural development on rural spatial planning,and the spatial planning framework for new rural communities.This study aims to provide the rural communities in Yangling area with the opportunity to develop their own spatial planning.This study aims to provide a better strategy for the spatial planning and development of rural areas in Yangling,and thus promote the development of rural areas in the Guanzhong region.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The process and characteristics of the evolution of rural space in Xinji community under industrial development.With the industrial development of Xinji community from traditional agriculture to the coexistence of agriculture and industry to modern agricultural industrial system,the space of Xinji community has experienced a change from a two-layer spatial circle structure with linear grouped living space as the core and production space distributed in the outer layer to-"residence-industry-farmland The three-layer centripetal centralized layout of"residential-industrial-farmland" has changed to a multi-centered group-like layout.(2)Based on the spatial impact of modern agricultural development and the spatial demand of rural community construction,a spatial planning framework for rural communities suitable for modern agricultural development is comprehensively constructed.(3)Construct a spatial planning strategy of "one center,one belt and multiple areas" suitable for the industrial development and community construction of Xinji community.The future development planning strategy of Xinji rural community will be the integrated development of industry development,community construction and space.
