Research And Demonstration Of Rural Community Planning

In the traditional rural planning,the planning system mainly consists of two level s: master planning and detailed planning.Detailed planning is based on the administra tive village as a unit.In the process of preparation,the current development status and future development trend of surrounding towns and villages are rarely considered,wh ile the overall planning only focuses on the overall planning of macro content.In the l and and space planning system,more emphasis is placed on the concept of regional pl anning,urban and rural planning,and the overall consideration of the planning object's own conditions and the surrounding environment,so as to carry out full element pla nning.Based on this,the author thinks that the overall development of the community should be coordinated within the community composed of multiple villages,and the village planning should be controlled and guided.This paper will take the rural comm unity development planning in the southwest area of Nan'an City,Quanzhou City,Fuj ian Province as a case,put the theory into practice,carry out the empirical analysis of rural community planning,through the use of planning compilation theory,to correct t he difference between theory and practice.The paper has seven parts.The first chapter describes the realistic background of this paper,explains the purpose and significance of the research,as well as the author's research methods,research objects and research ideas.The second chapter,for the d omestic related research,and through the collection of literature and materials,summa rizes the advantages and disadvantages of domestic related research theory and practic e,and further expounds the necessity and research focus of this paper.The third chapt er constructs the method system of rural community planning,analyzes its basic role,planning strategy,content focus,and elaborates the methods of rural community plan ning.The fourth chapter elaborates the relationship between rural community plannin g and land spatial planning system,and the similarities and differences between them.In the fifth chapter,the reasons for choosing the rural community planning in southw est area of Nan'an City as the case of this rural community are elaborated,and the met hod system suitable for the planning is constructed on the basis of the current situation data,which is combined with the current situation.The sixth chapter,taking the rural community development planning of Nan'an City in Fujian Province as a case,explai ns its practical application and elaborates its planning process in detail.In the sixth ch apter,the innovation of the theory and the deficiency in practice are expounded.Under the background of land space planning reform,it is an important directionto explore rural planning to innovate rural planning means and enrich the level of rura l planning system.The study of rural planning system and rural community planning i n this paper is a kind of planning exploration of spatial management in rural areas,wh ich has demonstration and guiding significance for practice.
