Study On Micro-location Characteristics Of The Layout Of Community Parks In Xi’an

As an important part of the urban green space system,community parks play an important role in improving the urban environment and the living conditions of urban residents.With the continuous enrichment and development of urban planning ideas and the continuous advancement of urbanization,community parks,as one of the natural space environments that residents can directly access,have attracted more and more attention to their layout and construction.However,Xi’an’s previous urban green space system planning did not specifically propose planning measures for the layout and of community parks and surrounding environment.Community parks are often attached to the layout of city parks and green spaces,lack of consideration for social development and social equity,and often ignore the actual needs of users and other factors in the important significance of community park layout.Therefore,the layout of urban community parks in Xi’an still exists shortcomings and room for improvement.At the same time,the research of "micro-location",which reveals the multi-dimensional spatial law of location and value from the perspective of multi-dimensional coupling of economy,society,culture and history,is gradually emerging,and is gradually applied to explore the location layout law of various living places in cities and measures to improve the living environment quality of residents.Therefore,it is of high practical significance to study the micro-location layout characteristics and optimization strategies of community parks.This study analyzes the connotation and components of micro-location,and aims to analyze the distribution of community parks within the downtown area of Xi ’an and the micro-location of sample community parks,summarize the problems,and put forward optimization strategies.It is expected to provide some reference for the future research on related topics,and provide optimization suggestions for the layout and construction of community parks in the central urban area of Xi ’an.The main research framework and contents are as follows:Firstly,combined with the distribution of urban residential areas and urban roads,this paper analyzes the current distribution characteristics of community parks in the central urban area,and summarizes the existing problems.Secondly,grounded theory and AHP analytic method are used to construct and optimize the micro-location element system of community park layout,including 4 categories(location accessibility,ontology characteristics,location visibility and surrounding environment)and 11 type factors.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to build a micro-location evaluation model of community parks.Thirdly,based on the micro-location factor system and evaluation model,the micro-location analysis and evaluation were carried out with 9community parks as research samples within the research scope by combining field investigation and questionnaire interview.Finally,based on the existing problems in the distribution level and micro-location level of community parks in the central urban area of Xi ’an,the corresponding optimization strategies and the guidance of key indicators for micro-location construction are put forward.The layout optimizing strategies include:(1)To supplement the construction blank and construct the layout system;(2)Enrich reference factors and optimize service supply;(3)Improve the accessibility of traffic,improve the service efficiency.The micro-location optimizing strategies include:(1)Optimizing pedestrian conditions on the periphery to increase accessibility;(2)To create a mixed-use space,strengthen the ontology characteristics;(3)Enhance the vitality of open space,highlighting visibility;(4)Pay attention to the interaction of the surrounding environment and improve coordination.
