Research On The Evaluation Of Spatial Layout And Quality Of Urban Community Park

China’s economy has changed from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage.The government pays more attention to the construction of high-quality and sustainable living environment.Urban planning has also changed from incremental planning to human-centered inventory planning.It puts forward the concept of community life circle and reconsiders the allocation standard of public service facilities.As a public welfare service facility invested and constructed by the government,the matching relationship between the quantity,scale,layout and quality of urban community park and the daily life needs of residents reflects the ability of residents to obtain public service facilities.Spatial layout and spatial quality are two important contents of community park construction.It is related to the construction of good living environment and the improvement of residents’ quality of life.At present,the planning and construction level of community park is seriously lagging behind.How to systematically establish the evaluation system of community park,explore its spatial layout and quality,and provide technical and theoretical reference for the reasonable distribution and efficient service of community park is of great significance in the current development and planning background.Firstly,the paper reviews the relevant theoretical basis and research progress at home and abroad,and summarizes the research direction and ideas of the evaluation of the spatial layout and quality of community parks.According to the current situation of construction and development of Dalian,the study area is determined and its social and economic development,urban planning and construction,and park green space construction are introduced.The "5-15minute" community life circle system of Shahekou District is constructed.And the community life circle is delimited in combination with population and land scale,administrative boundary,road traffic network and other influencing factors.Based on the life circle,this paper analyzes the current situation of the spatial layout of the community park,understands the spatial quality of the community park construction,and takes it as the background and basis of the community park evaluation research.Secondly,the evaluation system and model of spatial layout and spatial quality are constructed respectively to discuss the construction and service level of community parks in Shahekou District.In the evaluation of spatial layout,the fairness of community park layout is determined from two dimensions of opportunity fairness and result fairness,and four indicators including per capita community park area are determined by index statistics,buffer zone and network analysis to evaluate the opportunity fairness of community park spatial layout.By superimposing the results of opportunity equity with the socio-economic level of residents,the results equity of community park spatial layout was evaluated by correlation analysis,Moran index and cluster analysis.Then analyze the formation mechanism of the spatial layout differences of community parks.In the evaluation of space quality,the respondents are selected according to the evaluation results of space layout and the conditions of the community park itself.Through questionnaire survey and on-site interview,the paper starts from the 5 dimensions,including overall design,aesthetic value,recreational facilities,recreational environment and service management.By selecting 15 indexes and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we construct the evaluation system of community park space quality,evaluate and analyze the multi-dimensional factors influencing the evaluation results,and discus the space quality of community park in Shahekou District combined with the spatial layout.Finally,according to the evaluation of spatial layout and spatial quality,the paper determines the objectives and principles of the optimization and promotion of community parks,and puts forward the optimization and promotion suggestions from the implementation of control indicators,optimization of land use structure,improvement of recreation quality,improvement of management mode and attention to demand differences,so as to provide the basis for the government to solve the planning,construction and management problems of community parks.
