High-speed maglev trains have been vigorously developed by countries all over the world due to their advantages of large transport capacity and low energy consumption.However,the working efficiency of the maglev train in the commissioning phase is always subject to the working state of the relevant on-board equipment,and the positioning error of the Ortungselek Tronik(ORT)also makes the maglev train have potential safety hazards in the running process.In view of the above problems,it is of great significance to establish the simulation system of the speed and position detection system and study the error handling method of the speed and position detection system.In this thesis,the high-speed maglev train at a speed of 600 km / h in a city was taken as the research object.In view of the problem that the working state of the on-board speed and position detection system and the on-board safety computer(VSC)affects the debugging efficiency of the maglev train.The simulation model of the speed and position detection system was established and the speed and position detection system simulation system is developed,which saved manpower,material resources and time in the debugging process of the maglev train.Aiming at the positioning error problem of maglev train speed positioning system,the error processing method of speed positioning system was studied under different operating environments,which effectively reduced the positioning error in the process of train operation.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:First of all,this thesis investigated the research status of train speed and position detection system,the train simulation system for the test scenario,and the error processing method of the speed measurement and positioning technology.This thesis summarized and analyzed the functional characteristics of maglev train related vehicle equipment and the necessity of studying the error processing method of maglev train.Secondly,this thesis analyzed the influencing factors of positioning error of maglev train.The setting basis of line information in the model was determined from three aspects:comfort requirement,speed target value and line curve.The setting standards of train running state information in the model was analyzed from the aspects of acceleration and speed.By simulating the generation process of real vehicle speed and positioning information in MATLAB,the simulation model of maglev train speed and position detection system was established.Thirdly,based on the established simulation model,the positioning error information of the high-speed maglev train was obtained by simulating the processing of the positioning information of maglev train.This thesis analyzed the characteristics of maglev train running on test line,and corrected the error information of maglev train running on test line by using the line error calibration method.This thesis analyzed the working mechanism of the speed measuring and positioning system of maglev train,and corrected the positioning error in the official running state by using the method of positioning information fusion.Finally,through the analysis of the functional requirements of the hardware-in-theloop simulation system of maglev train speed and position detection system,the simulation system was divided into different functional modules,and each functional module was systematically designed.After the development of the simulation system,the combination of laboratory verification and field test verifies that the functional modules of the simulation system have reached the expected target requirements,which can effectively improve the working efficiency in the debugging process of the maglev train.
