In recent years,with the vigorous rise of a new round of global technological revolution and industrial transformation,new generation information technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence have continuously promoted the intelligent development of my country’s manufacturing industry.With the rapid development of the automobile industry in China,my country’s auto parts manufacturing industry has achieved remarkable results in industrial scale and industrial chain coordination.However,in an environment where foreign giants occupy the core parts product market and industry competition is increasingly fierce,how Chinese private auto parts companies face the new situation and rationally grasp the development direction is an issue that urgently needs to be studied and discussed.The research object of this article,HX Group,is mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of vehicle chassis parts and engine parts.As a manufacturer of vehicle parts,it has experienced a period of rapid development in the course of more than 20 years of development,and achieved rapid expansion of the enterprise.However,affected by the economic downturn in recent years,coupled with many of its own problems and insufficient motivation for innovation and development,the company has maintained a positive growth in sales,but its profitability has declined year by year.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the current internal and external environment of the company in a timely manner.Formulate scientific development strategies to help enterprises get rid of difficulties and smoothly achieve transformation and upgrading.Based on the analysis and combing of domestic and foreign corporate strategies and other related documents,this paper analyzes the current problems of HX Group through field research,and analyzes the external competitive environment of HX Group using PEST analysis,SWOT matrix,and Porter’s five forces model.And the internal development environment,the company’s vision and mission have been reconstructed,and strategic goals have been proposed.Subsequently,through quantitative and qualitative analysis of environmental impact factors,the overall strategy of HX Group was determined,and based on the actual situation of HX Group,product operation strategy and support and guarantee strategy were proposed.Finally,the implementation path of HX Group’s sustainable development was formulated,and corresponding safeguard measures were put forward for the implementation of the strategy.This article helps HX Group to correctly understand its own problems and find a way of sustainable development.At the same time,it also has positive reference significance for other vehicle parts companies to formulate development strategies based on their own conditions.
