| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the government’s investment power has increased,the living standards of the majority of residents have improved,the building decoration industry has also ushered in rapid development opportunities.In view of the rapid growth of the gross national product in recent years,the residential decoration industry has been heavily influenced by macroeconomic and government policies.Based on the analysis of the development of decoration industry,this paper,through Comparative Analysis,Literature Research and Empirical Research Methods,this paper probes into the implementation of the development strategy of Shenzhen Construction and Decoration Group Co.,Ltd.(SDF group),and formulates the safeguard measures,so as to enable SDF group to keep its leading position in the new competitive environment.First of all,on the basis of learning from the research results of development strategy theories at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises,it is proposed that the basis of enterprise development is the organic integration strategy of enterprise resources,the business environment and development strategy of the enterprise is to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.Secondly,by using the five forces competition model,it analyzes the general situation of the development of Shenzhuang Group Company and its related industries,the external macro-economic environment of the Group Company,the internal environment of the Group Company and the Industry Competition Environment,it lays a foundation for the analysis and formulation of the Group Company’s high-level Strategy.Thirdly,using SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of SDF group company,at the same time to analyze the overall capacity of SDF group company,and make clear the development direction of SDF group company,has formulated the development strategy of Shenzhuang Group Company.Finally,the paper gives the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy,and provides some reference for the strategy analysis and formulation of the senior management of the group. |
