According to the statistical yearbook and the statistics of the China Automobile Association,the profit of the automobile manufacturing industry in the first quarter of 2019 fell by 25.9%.In the long run,the slowdown in production and sales growth in the automotive industry will continue,and there will still be some downward pressure in the market.The rapid growth of the industries that the manufacturing industry relied on,the advantages of low-cost resources,etc.,did not exist,and the living environment and development environment of China’s manufacturing industry will undergo major changes.In the context of technological upgrading and the rise of emerging industries,the automotive industry still has structural investment opportunities.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises and their industries to identify development opportunities and specify correct development strategies by observing internal and external influencing factors and industry development trends.The main content and conclusion of this paper include the following aspects:First of all,this paper analyzes the external environment of HL company by means of tools such as PEST analysis and five-force model,and evaluates the external environment by using EFE matrix.Through the analysis of internal and external environment,it is found that HL has a strong ability to take advantage of external opportunities and avoid external threats,but there is still a large room for improvement.Internal resources and capabilities are also in an advantageous position,but there are still weak capabilities.Secondly,based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of HL company,this paper analyzes the current business situation of HL company,points out the existing problems and identifies the opportunities for development.There are three types of problems and opportunities: first,there is no breakthrough in high-end market and high value-added products;Second,the research and development ability can not meet the needs of future customers;Third,the internal operation efficiency is still in the stage of extensive management,in need of improvement.Again,based on the former stage of data collected from interviews and internal assessment,focusing on the ability and the value chain of automobile industry particularity,the HL company SWOT matrix analysis,concluded that the company should adopt growth strategies,and make the company become HL auto parts solution provider strategy,develop company strategy: value war,quality war,service war,benefit war,talent war.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development strategy planning and implementation of HL company,and puts forward thesafeguard measures for the development strategy.The purpose of this study is to help HL company analyze the development status of auto parts,explore effective development strategies in the new era,and provide reference for other companies in the same field.
