Due to the advantages of specific direction,speed,load program control and stepless speed control of the hydraulic system,it has been widely used in various fields of industry.Especially with the rapid development of computer software technology,electronic technology and communication technology and applications in different fields,hydraulic technology has gradually moved from the original manual single control to automatic control,and is widely used in construction,water conservancy and hydropower,metallurgy,and mining.In various industrial fields,hydraulic systems are also widely used in the aviation test field.The engine and its accessories need to be tested after being overhauled.Because my country’s current aviation engines mostly use hydraulic control accessories that are not electronic,such as the main fuel pump regulator,the main fuel distributor,the nozzle-afterburner,and afterburner.Pumps,oil control accessories,etc.Therefore,a dedicated hydraulic test bench is needed to test the performance of the overhauled engine hydraulic control accessories.However,most of the current test systems can only perform performance tests on simple hydraulic components.The disadvantages are that the test function is single,the integration is not high,the work efficiency is low,and there are still some human errors in the test process,which is completely inconsistent with the current Multi-functional requirements for automated testing.In order to effectively solve the above problems,this subject has developed a set of computer-aided test system based on virtual instrument platform to realize automatic hydraulic comprehensive test equipment for data acquisition,data analysis,and data processing.It is used for a new turbofan engine after maintenance.The performance testing of power pumps and emergency oil drain accessories is of great significance to improving testing efficiency.The paper outlines the principles of aeroengines with different compression ratios,the related development of hydraulic technology,and the aviation automation online detection system;then it outlines the main performance parameters of the afterburner pump,emergency oil drain accessories and equipment,and then designs according to the experimental requirements The hydraulic principle mechanism of the hydraulic comprehensive test bench equipment;according to the hydraulic schematic diagram,the hydraulic proportional valve,the main fuel supply pump,the displacement sensor,the pressure sensor,the data acquisition card,the PLC module and its special function modules were selected;Based on the research industrial computer,and based on the Lab VIEW system,the measurement and control system of the test bench was developed,which realized the functions of multi-channel data acquisition,data processing,data storage,etc.in the testing process of afterburner pumps and emergency oil discharge accessories.Finally,PLC is used as the lower computer and the Lab VIEW platform as the upper computer.The OPC technology is used to realize the data communication between the lower computer and the upper computer,and the measurement and control system program combining the lower computer and the upper computer is compiled;the PLC module is mainly responsible for the data processing.Acquisition,Lab VIEW completes data processing,display,and storage.After the test bench is manufactured,its performance test is performed.The test results show that the test bench has comprehensive functions,not only meeting the requirements of the test accuracy of the afterburner pump and emergency oil drain accessories,but also the test process is simple,easy to operate,and easy to operate.Human operation errors are avoided,and the effect is good,so it proves that the design ideas and design methods of this article are correct and feasible.
