Research On The Idea Of Community In The Future On The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside

Research on the application of the theory“future community”in rural construction.Take the landscape design of Donggu Village as an example.China enjoys a profound history and has many charming cultural treasures.Among them,the seaweed house is an indispensable part in the country’s traditional architecture.In the process of urbanization,the characteristics of traditional villages are constantly weakening or even disappearing,which makes the homogeneity of rural construction more serious,and patterns and standardization even have begun to appear.The construction level of the rural environment is an important basis for judging the development level of a certain area,and the successful transformation of the new countryside has made empirical preparations for the planning and design of beautiful rural construction.This article focuses on the method of integrating the construction of beautiful countryside with the concept of "future community",and applies it to the concrete practice of landscape planning and village environment renovation in Donggu Village,Rongcheng City,in order to improve the rural human settlement environment.Improve people’s quality of life and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Mainly use field investigation method,document research method,case analysis method and other methods to conduct research,explain the planning and process of design research,and conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis on the landscape design of Rongcheng City,Weihai.In the process of building beautiful villages,it is the first to integrate the triple-complex value dimension “ 139 ” top-level design and TOD connection and realization method in the“future community”,and carry out landscape design for traditional villages through ecological restoration of coastal watersheds and environmental improvement of villages and towns.Use digital and intelligent methods to create coastal tourism and coastal landscape belts to help coastal cultural tourism and services the solution of urban and rural social development facing many problems.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly studies the relevant concepts and theories required by this project.The second chapter focuses on the current situation and problems of Donggu Village project site.The last chapter elaborates the background,goal,orientation,innovation and main research conclusions of the conceptual design of Donggu Village’s "future community" planning.Through the above analysis and design planning,Donggu Village will become a pilot experiment of "future community" in the process of beautiful village construction,realize the integration of people and environment in traditional villages,and create a better spiritual home for people.
