Research On The Coding System Of Auto Parts Enterprise And Its Application In PDM

With the continuous popularization of automobiles in urban households,the Chinese passenger cars industry has basically bid farewell to the high-speed growth period.In 2018,it experienced the first negative growth in the passed 28 years.For auto parts suppliers,it is pressured and urgently needed to be transformed.Enterprise information construction is a key link in the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.The enterprise information classification and coding system is the basis of enterprise informatization.This paper constructs the construction of enterprise information classification and coding system,the development of corresponding coding rules,and the establishment of information coding management system,establishing enterprise master data center,realizing data transmission and sharing with each system.This paper firstly introduces the code management system of domestic and foreign manufacturing company,introduce the parts coding rules of some automobile OEMs and related parts suppliers.Company A is vigorously promoting the construction of informatization,such as PDM system.Before the implementation of PDM,it is necessary to complete the standardization of information coding rules and information object names.Therefore,this topic is selected as the research content of this paper.Then,the coding system and its related theories are elaborated.The basic concepts,forms and basic principles of information classification and coding are introduced.On this basis,the typical structure of enterprise information coding is introduced,and the typical coding management system is analyzed.The basic idea of the compilation of enterprise information classification and coding rules.In addition,the standards,management specifications and coding management systems of all information coding in the enterprise are organically linked to establish an enterprise information classification and coding system.The perspectives of three different identification methods are compared and analyzed,and the identification method adopted in this paper is clearly proposed.Details of some car OEMs and auto parts suppliers coding rules.According to the status quo of A company information coding,the requirements of the basic database,various user departments,and information systems for coding are analyzed.From the analysis of core information objects,combing key attributes,determining the information coding system framework,outputting detailed coding schemes,and then constructing A company information coding system.The part code management system was established,and its main functional modules were built: coding rule maintenance,code generation,change management,public query,report output and so on.The information coding management system mainly realizes the coding and database management of information objects such as finished products,special parts,common parts,semi-finished products,raw materials,and tooling.The basic process of code generation is introduced,and the code application,approval,query,change and disable operations are explained in detail.Finally,the part coding information management system is established.The coding system designed in this paper is applied well in the management system,which proves that the coding system is feasible.In order to realize code transmission and sharing,the coding management system and PDM coding synchronization logic are proposed.Synchronization and data sharing are realized through XML interface development.The operation of encoding synchronization is described in detail.
