The Research And Implementation Of Classification And Coding Of Railway Signal Common Basic Information

Rail transport is an important transport sector of China, and informatization is an important reference standard to measure the development of a modern enterprise.After the construction of the railway informatization many years later, our country has gradually built a number of core business information systems, and has made some periodical achievements. The railway business departments have accumulated a large amount of public information, but due to the low comprehensive utilization rate of the information resource, and the difficulty of the information sharing and exchanging information between railway departments, there has caused "information isolated island" between railway departments. Meanwhile due to the lack of effective organization means and uniform data standards, the business information system did not form the coding system. Because the code exists in data service dispersedly, and most of the code lacks relevant norms and standards, there has duplicate and redundant code, and it is more difficult to maintain and update.Considering the above situation and professional background, and taking the common basic information of railway signal as the research object, the paper mainly focuses as follows.(1) This thesis firstly introduces the background and current situation of the existing signal common basic information coding, and studies the basic principles and methods of information classification coding.(2) Studying the category and characteristics of railway signal public basic information, this thesis raises the classification system of railway signal public basic information based on information granularity.(3) Referring to the mature classification code system and focusing on signal equipment coding model, this paper use the method of flexible coding to establish the coding system of signal equipment. Meanwhile according to the professional knowledge of the signal, this paper also studies the spatial information of the signal equipment.(4) Identifying the design goal of railway signal common basic information coding platform, this thesis raises the framework and functional modules of the platform, and uses the unified modeling language (UML) to model and analyze the platform.(5) Using B/S structure, Visual Studio Microsoft 2010 development software and Server2008 R2 SQL database, we complete the design of the railway signal public foundation coding platform, and realize the platform function.The railway signal public information coding system and coding platform of this thesis can promote the realization of the informatization of railway signal, and provide a reference for the information classification and coding of other railway department.
