| This article mainly studies the development of a 140kHz series resonant wireless power supply.The domestic wireless power supply with a frequency higher than 100kHz mainly selects MOSFET switching devices.First,analyze and compare the two commonly used topologies of wireless energy transmission power supplies,choose a series resonant inverter as the main circuit topology,and then analyze and compare the power adjustment methods of wireless energy transmission power supplies,and determine the DC chopper power adjustment method,and get The general scheme and main topological structure of series resonant inverter power supply,the working principle of rectifier current,DC chopper circuit and inverter circuit are analyzed in detail,and the key components are calculated and selected.Based on the analysis of the working modes of the DC chopper circuit and the series resonant inverter circuit,the PI control mode of the DC chopper circuit and Inverter circuit PWM wave generation circuit.The simulation model of series resonant inverter power supply in MATLAB verifies the correctness and feasibility of the scheme.Before building the prototype,select the appropriate drive circuit for the MOSFET switching devices of the DC chopper circuit and the series resonant inverter circuit,use Altium Designer software to draw the pcb board,use STM32F103RDT6 to write the program,and finally build the experimental prototype for debugging,and pass the experiment To verify the feasibility and correctness of the program. |
