Economic globalization and rapid development of science and technology are opportunities and challenges for manufacturing industry.It is urgent for enterprises to reduce manufacturing risk and improve risk management and control ability.However,the mismatch between design scheme and manufacturing ability is the main cause of manufacturing risk.At present,manufacturing maturity has been widely used in military equipment projects in China.It is an important means to reduce the development cost,shorten the development cycle and control the risk.Manufacturing maturity builds a bridge between design and manufacturing,and provides a theoretical basis for the collaboration of design and manufacturing.Therefore,it is necessary and practical to study the evaluation of manufacturing maturity in product design scheme of civil enterprises in China.This paper aims at risk management and control in the process of product R &D,and takes the evaluation of product scheme as the core to provide scheme evaluation strategy and related support system for designers.The corresponding relationship between manufacturing maturity evaluation system and concurrent design is analyzed,and a concurrent design model based on manufacturing maturity is proposed to avoid risks and improve the design and manufacturing capabilities of enterprises in the process of new project R & D.And on this basis,the development of related evaluation support system to meet the needs of designers.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)This paper starts from the manufacturability evaluation of the core key technology of design for manufacturing,and summarizes the existing research contents of design for manufacturing and its related evaluation methods,computer-aided technology,etc.,expounds the shortcomings of various kinds of research at present,and explains the difference between this research and previous related research.On this basis,this paper summarizes the key technologies of this paper,and puts forward some research suggestions The overall framework of the project.(2)Based on GJB8345-2015 classification and definition of equipment manufacturing maturity level,a general manufacturing maturity level model is constructed.Through the essence of manufacturing process,manufacturing elements are divided into four dimensions: design and development,material preparation,production and manufacturing,and overall management.The evaluation system is established from these four aspects,and the evaluation index level model is refined.(3)Based on GJB8346-2015 equipment manufacturing maturity evaluation procedure and the existing evaluation methods of manufacturing factors,a comprehensive evaluation algorithm of manufacturing maturity based on AHP is proposed.(4)Through the analysis of concurrent design process based on manufacturing maturity,this paper puts forward the necessity of corresponding computer-aided tools,defines the functional requirements of the prototype management system of manufacturing maturity,analyzes the function principle,system framework,functional modules and operation process of the prototype system,describes the development environment and main characteristics of the prototype system,and takes the product data management technology as an example Design and implement the prototype management system of manufacturing maturity.
