In order to solve the problems of order processing isn’t timely and quotations isn’t accurate, in the paper, through evaluation the enterprise workshop manufacturing capability to improve the order processing, the research has certain practical significance. Through establish the workshop equipment resource model and workshop HR model, to mast the workshop running status in real-time, it’s necessary and feasible to speed up the order processing. Workshop process engineer with the feature modeling method to establish the order product feature contour matrix, according to the basic principle of group technology classification the characteristic of the parts, which satisfy the characteristics similarity are divided into category, such as size feature similarity, precision feature similarity. Then, first by querying the order processing system to determine the order products is the first time processing product or finished product, and then to determine manufacturability.Manufacturability judgment through three basic steps:the first is the judgment of physics manufacturing capability, the means of physics manufacturing capability is refers to the enterprise whether have such equipment and human to generate the orde products, this part of the implementation mainly using polychromatic sets theory and characteristic modeling method,through establish the product characteristic vector expressions, then dis-junctive and computing with the workshop equipment resources contour matrix and human resources contour matrix which established based on polychromatic sets theory to find available equipment resource and human resource. Followed by is the judgment of logic manufacturing capacity, the means of logic manufacturing capability is refers to the enterprise whether has the processing time to generate products and to achieve significant economic benefits, the product processing time includes two parts, one is the product processing in general accounting, the other is the total working hours accounting, that the judgment of the first two parts need to product feasibility processing craft route, product processing craft route formulation mainly by means of hierarchical way, namely, first studies the main characteristics of the technology backbone, and then with the constraint relations between adding auxiliary features to generate the complete processing craft routes, next to obtained the complete processing craft routes through working hours optimizing function and cost optimization function to filter AHP fuzzy evaluation objects. Finally on the basis of economy, reliability, equipment utilization evaluation index by means of AHP fuzzy evaluation to optimization process route.After above judgment, if the enterprises can processing products, offer quotation and delivery time, if cannot to subcontract products or the partnership contract. In order to reflect the theoretical and practical of the research, the analysis of the production process with the aid of an actual enterprise, through the simulation of the enterprise production process increased the compactness and legibility of the thesis research. Finally,the paper using Access2003and Visual Basic6.0to development the prototype system.
