| In the increasingly complex economic construction market environment,the level of cost control directly determines the operational benefits of the completed project.Therefore,how to improve the project management level scientifically and effectively,it has become a huge problem that managers are facing at present.At present,in the project management method proposed,the EV analysis method realizes the overall control of the project with three basic parameters.It is widely used in the project management process at home and abroad.However,as the complexity of the project increases,the traditional EVM gradually exposes its defects and shortcomings.Therefore,in view of the deficiencies of the traditional earned value method,this thesis based on the key chain technology,optimized the buffer setting and combined the AHP method to improve the earned value analysis method.Based on the traditional earned value method,this thesis firstly used WBS method to decompose the project work structure and defined the task scope.Then the key chain technology was introduced to improve the absence of the traditional earned value method.By modifying the buffer calculation model and optimizing the setting of buffer,the influence of non-key chain processes on the key chain was reduced to a certain extent.Secondly,appropriate monitoring points were selected to collect and sorted out project information,and the earned value performance indicators on different weight links were calculated and analyzed respectively.In combination with buffer consumption warning,the deviation degree of project cost schedule was determined.Finally,the AHP method was combined to establish the project deviation evaluation system,identified the source of project deviation,implemented key monitoring for the influential factors with high priority weight,and took appropriate management measures for more effective control.This thesis took an administrative comprehensive service center project as an example,combined the project background and management problems,improved the traditional earned value analysis method,and applied the improved earned value model to the cost research of this project.By comparing with the traditional cost earned value method,it was found that the improved management model on the plan of setting more accurate than the traditional method,easier to find the project on the control deviation of specific issues,implementation of the project schedule and cost integrated monitoring,the improved model was verified based on the analysis of deviation in terms of accuracy and project in the actual effectiveness of project management application.Finally,the problems in the implementation stage of the project were analyzed in detail,and the corresponding solutions were proposed. |
