Research On Cultivation Of Core Competitiveness Of HEL Home Appliance Company

With the all-round development of the economy,enterprises in all walks of life are facing relatively severe competitive pressure.As a comprehensive ability that cannot be imitated or surpassed by rivals in the development of an enterprise,the core competitiveness of an enterprise plays a vital role in the development of an enterprise.HEL Home Appliance Company is an enterprise mainly engaged in the production and sales of refrigerators.With the development of the Internet and artificial intelligence in recent years,all home appliance companies are constantly exploring new products and marketing methods,and the competition in the entire home appliance industry is becoming increasingly fierce.In this competitive landscape,studying whether HEL home appliance companies have core competitiveness and whether they need to further cultivate core competitiveness is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises.This article first analyzes the environment of HEL home appliance companies.Through the analysis,it can be found that the home appliance industry has good development prospects,but at the same time it is also facing fierce market competition.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the core competitiveness of HEL home appliance companies.This article uses the literature research method and the investigation research method to conduct research,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the core competitiveness of the HEL home appliance company.Through the questionnaire survey method,experts are asked to score each indicator,and the weighted average method is used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of HEL home appliance company.The evaluation result shows that HEL home appliance company has core competitiveness,but the core competitiveness is not strong.The comprehensive evaluation value can find that the core technology,innovation ability,organization and management ability of HEL home appliance company are relatively weak,and the core competitiveness of HEL home appliance company should be cultivated from these three aspects.According to the direction of cultivation and combined with the fierce market competition of home appliance companies,specific ways to cultivate the company’s core competitiveness at the emerging stage are proposed.
