The pastoral complex is an innovative measure to help the poor,It is also a typical plan to practice green water and green hills.Agriculture&pastoral culture is the innovative theory of combing the two cultural systems of "agricultural culture" and "pastoral culture".It is involved in agriculture,real estate,tourism and other fields.This concept coincides with the view that the integration of the first,second and third industries in pastoral complex.This paper takes the agriculture&pastoral culture as the research object.Summarize the related theoretical knowledge of the concept,classification,connotation and characteristics.It also introduces the construction road of the agriculture&pastoral culture evaluation methods and strategies of sustainable development.Through the field investigation of the"Huaxianglizhu" pastoral complex in Keqiao District of Shaoxing City,the"Guatinglinhai" pastoral complex in Feixi County of HeFei City and "Xitian" pastoral complex in Nanjing.The author inductive analysis of the basic situation of the project and the expression of agriculture&pastoral culture,Summed up and evaluated the development effects of three pastoral complexes.It is concluded that the application of the Agriculture&pastoral culture in the pastoral complex project should folly integrate the local characteristics of the locality,and deeply explore its historical culture.natural resources and industrial characteristics,so as to achieve "a large scale of industry,a small scope and a wide range of beneficiaries".According to the previous theoretical results and case analysis,the expression methods of agriculture&pastoral culture in the concept,planning principle,planning layout,landscape nodes and infrastructure of the pastoral complex are obtained.Finally,taking Ma-ying village of Yangmiao Town in Changfeng County as a practical object,This paper discusses the planning strategies of pastoral complex based on the agriculture&pastoral culture.In the practice section,First of all,the author analyzes the status quo of the expression of agriculture&pastoral culture in Ma-ying village,extracts two elements of the village"horse" and "flower",and takes the "stepping flower back to the horseshoe incense" as the planning concept,According to the existing planning situation of the village,The site space is planned as "one axis,two belts,three pieces and four hearts",and according to the previous theoretical research,the planning strategies are proposed respectively for the functional division,landscape sketch,infrastructure and tourism products development in the village.Finally,the article proposes to provide relevant ideas for the cultural heritage of Ma-ying Village by continuing the cultural context of Ma-ying Village,highlighting the cultural connotation of Ma-ying Village,strengthening publicity,and encouraging innovation.Through the induction of relevant theories and the analysis of typical cases,the author boldly carries out cultural theory innovation.Finally,taking the case as an example,the application methods of agriculture and garden culture in the planning of pastoral complex are explored.It is expected that the research of this thesis can improve the theoretical system of the pastoral complex and provide effective methods reference for the follow-up pastoral complex planning.
