Company A is a traditional manufacturing enterprise focusing on bearing production.In order to meet the increasingly diversified and individual needs of customers,the production mode of Company A has transitioned from inventory-based production to order-based production.In the face of rising market demand,the number of company A’s production orders has gradually increased.The current manual production scheduling method is no longer applicable.It is urgent to apply advanced theories and methods to generate a set of feasible,efficient and flexible Scheduling plans to adapt to the current market environment.Based on an in-depth investigation of company A,this thesis found that the grinding workshop of company A mainly has the problem of unreasonable production scheduling plan formulation,which leads to high order delay rate and processing cost.In recent years,the average on-time delivery rate of company A’s orders is only 68.92%,with obvious delays,and the proportion of processing costs to total costs has increased year after year,from 13.75%to 20.07% in the past five years.In order to solve the above main problems,this thesis proposes a task scheduling optimization method for company A’s grinding workshop based on the critical chain.Aiming at the problems of high order delay rate and high processing cost in the grinding processing workshop,a task scheduling model for the grinding processing workshop of Company A based on the critical chain is constructed with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time and minimizing processing costs.The minimum delivery priority rule is used to determine the priority order of each order,which lays the foundation for the generation of the pre-scheduling plan.After identifying the bottleneck resources and critical chains,methods for determining the location and size of the bottleneck buffer,the import buffer,and the project buffer are respectively proposed,which provide a basis for the solution of the firework algorithm and the proposal of optimization schemes.The firework algorithm is used to solve the task scheduling model of the grinding workshop of A company based on the critical chain.Taking the product of the maximum completion time and the processing cost as the fitness value,the Pareto optimal theory is introduced in the selection operation stage of the algorithm,and the ratio of fitness to congestion is used as the comprehensive evaluation index of the program,and the scheduling program with the best comprehensive index is obtained.The critical chain method is used to determine the buffer size at different locations and the start time and completion time of each process.Finally,an optimization plan for task scheduling in the grinding workshop of A company is proposed.Taking into account the various uncertain factors such as equipment processing time,equipment failure and product unqualified in actual production,this thesis uses Simio simulation software to build a simulation model of the original plan and optimization plan of the grinding workshop of A company.Conducted 200 simulation experiments.The results showed that all orders under the optimization plan were completed on time within the delivery period.And compared with the original plan,the average number of products in progress was reduced by 18.93%,the maximum completion time was reduced by 18.27%,and the total processing cost was reduced by 12.61%,which verified the feasibility and efficiency of the optimized plan.
