In recent years,with the development of power grids,the continuous improvement of power automation level and the rapid development of smart grids,an integrated dispatch automation system with advanced technology and practical functions has become an objective requirement for the development of power grids.The implementation mode of the integration of prefectures and counties is to interconnect the regional dispatch automation system and the county-level automation systems distributed in the area to make it a set of dispatch automation system,which can provide the power flow,current,power and main transformer of the grid A variety of information such as the operating status of,circuit breakers,and switchgear provides accurate data and reliable basis for dispatching and monitoring personnel to analyze the operation of the power grid and make decisions and orders.I am currently responsible for the related work of Linzhou County’s power transfer automation.Based on my ten-year power grid automation work experience and experience in the operation and maintenance of automation systems,combined with the current situation of the Linzhou power grid and the actual situation of the dispatch automation system of the city power supply company,I specifically analyzed The basic situation of the county-level power grid and the current status of the county-level dispatch automation system under the prefecture-county integration mode.The operation mode of the county-level dispatch automation system in Linzhou is studied,and the focus is on the OPEN3000 dispatch automation system in the Linzhou Power Supply Company.The actual application;from the overall requirements of the construction,the analysis of the software and hardware of the dispatch automation system and the functional application of the system,the construction of the county dispatch automation system,the dispatch data network,the integrated automation of the substation,the communication transformation,and the construction and debugging of the automation system,and finally according to the monitoring personnel Perform corresponding functional improvements on system usage.This topic discusses the county-level dispatching automation system in Linzhou.The integrated construction mode of prefectures and counties solves the repeated investment in software and hardware under the traditional construction and operation mode,saves money,and reduces the repetitive maintenance work of a large number of automated operation and maintenance personnel.problem.Through the transformation of existing equipment,the establishment of an independent power optical fiber communication system,a new dispatch data network,secondary security equipment,technical transformation of the station-side master control and remote control equipment,all substations in the jurisdiction are connected to the dispatch automation system to achieve Data collection and processing,real-time comprehensive intelligent alarm,network analysis.The ultimate goal of our construction of this system is to hope that the detection of grid data,the reporting of accidents and the processing time of neighboring continents will develop in a more complete direction.Users will continue to use electricity to make power supply safe and reliable,and dispatch automation has further development.At the same time It also contributes to the realization of more efficient and high-quality goals for the neighboring continent grid.
