Research And Design Of The Prefecture-county Integrated Dispatching Automation System

With the gradual penetration of Electric Industry Regulatory Reform, the demand of intensification and elaboration for national grid is higher. It needs to reduce the type of different special application system to the greatest extent, reduce the relevant interface among the systems, simplify systematic structure and information procedure, energetically improve the system integration, effectively reduce the automatical workers' work difficulties and work load in routing maintenance of Dispatch and Communication Center, lessen the burden of human resource, and satisfy the demand of the development of intensification management in power grid companies.I am engaged in the dispatch automated post at present. Based on the the recent study of the Dispatching Automation System and its present operation situation, combining the construction characteristics and developing direction of the system, this paper puts forward the solution of the construction for the prefecture-county integrated dispatching automation system.The paper combines the main directions such as integration, standardization, reliability and practicability. On the basis of the working environment of hardware and software platform, different subsystems are accessed to the construction mode; Based on CIM, it builds the standard bottom platform, satisfies the needs of storing a great deal of data efficiently and accomplishes the functions of the conventional SCADA and PAS which is based on Prefecture-county Integration. On the basic of collecting, obtaining and processing the data reliably, inextenso and accurately, it uniformly realizes the data sharing platform; Then inosculating the operating maintenance system, this paper makes various business, such as graph and parameter maintenance, cooperated according to the turnout area. In the aspect of application, it can not only realize various basic application, but also can well coincide with all kinds of system and policy, meet the application needs of all key users and support multidirectional application expand.
