Study On The Strategy Of Waterfront Landscape Renewal In The Scenic Zone Of The Middle Section Of Suqian Canal

Waterfront area is the most valuable area in the city center.In the past,the development concept of "first development,then governance" led to the decline of waterfront area with the rapid development of the city.In recent years,China has successively issued policies to strictly control new urban construction land,making stock planning an important way to optimize urban environment,enhance land value and activate regional vitality.Waterfront has become a hot topic of urban renewal because of its superior location conditions and good natural landscape.This research analyzes this hot topic,and applies the latest theoretical results and project experience to specific practice,so that the research has more practical significance and value.This research first interprets the relevant policies of urban renewal in China,analyzes the main directions of Urban Waterfront Renewal under the guidance of these policies;then combs the theoretical research status of domestic and foreign Waterfront Renewal,and puts forward the focus of this study;around this focus,puts forward the goal that the study wants to achieve and the practical significance of the study;defines the goal of the study After that,the specific research framework is put forward,and the corresponding methods are used to study the renewal design of Suqian canal waterfront.Then,it studies,analyzes and summarizes the theory and practice of Waterfront Renewal in Germany,Japan and other countries,as well as in China.On this basis,it looks forward to the future renewal trend of waterfront,mainly including wetland restoration,habitat creation and other technical means,as well as the strategy of building blue-green infrastructure network and other planning aspects;then through the four case studies of New York waterfront planning,Madrid Manzanares waterfront space renewal,London Thames and Yangzhou Grand Canal governance,it summarizes each case The characteristics of the case,and from the promotion of urban functions,optimization of infrastructure,highlighting tourism culture,optimization of waterfront shoreline four aspects of experience;through typical analysis and research,the summed up design strategies and methods will be applied to the Suqian canal waterfront landscape renewal project,and combined with the actual situation of the case,proposed to strengthen the integrity of the city,highlight urban culture,exploration The design strategy of developing new mode,optimizing urban water environment and improving urban leisure facilities.Finally,through the theoretical research and practical experience of this research,it is concluded that the renewal of waterfront space should be considered from the four aspects of urban flood control,the stability of ecological system,the development of industry along the river,and the inheritance of historical culture,so as to create a safe,ecological,dynamic and cultural waterfront space.
