| With the deepening of the aging degree,the various living environment problems that follow have become increasingly prominent,and it is necessary to consider whether various environmental factors are friendly to the elderly in daily life.At present,the elderly population in various parts of my country continues to grow.The problem of imbalance and mismatch with the distribution of various environmental facilities is more prominent.The evaluation of the existing living environment by the elderly has not been fully studied,and the accessibility of various facilities and places for the elderly has not been paid enough attention.Comprehensively,the problems related to the living environment of the elderly need to be solved urgently.The livable community for the elderly is from the perspective of being friendly to the elderly,and various measures are adopted to create a safe,convenient and comfortable environment for the elderly.The country has issued a series of related policies,hoping to actively respond to the aging population and form a good livable community environment for the elderly.However,domestic research on the livable community for the elderly is relatively lacking,mostly involving concepts and indicators,and the research content is not in-depth.There are also some scholars who conduct research on detailed issues,but they are rather one-sided and do not extend to the level of the livable community environment for the elderly,and lack a comprehensive and systematic study.Based on domestic and foreign research,this research uses GIS for accessibility analysis,and SPSS for variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Analyze from four dimensions,including medical and health environment,recreational activity environment,transportation environment and community service environment.Through comprehensive analysis methods,including spatial analysis and non-spatial analysis,the research on the environmental conditions of the livable communities for the elderly has been realized.The results have positive significance for the theory and practice of the construction of livable communities for the elderly.This paper takes some streets in Baohe District of Hefei City as the research area,and comprehensively uses spatial and non-spatial analysis methods to systematically analyze various community environments.The results of the study show that the overall environment of the elderly livable communities in the study area is good,but there is also a large room for improvement.Each street needs to continue to strengthen the construction of the elderly livable communities in accordance with their own shortcomings.The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)The streets in the study area can provide basic medical and health services for the elderly,but the medical and health environments of the streets are different.The medical and health environment in most streets is good,and the old urban area is better than Binhu New District.Some streets need to further optimize the construction of the medical and health environment.(2)The study area has a good environment for recreational activities,and there are differences in the comprehensive evaluation of public facilities and activity places by the elderly in various streets.From the perspective of parks and green spaces,Binhu New District is better than the old urban area,and from the perspective of public facilities,the old urban area is better than Binhu New District.All streets need to strengthen the construction of various public facilities and places according to the shortcomings.(3)The study area has a better transportation environment.There are sufficient bus stations in each street,and public transportation is in good condition.The elderly are basically satisfied with the state of public transportation.A relatively comfortable and convenient transportation environment has been created in the study area.(4)The community service environment of each street in the study area is relatively ordinary,and there are differences between the streets.Spatial analysis shows that most streets have good accessibility,while non-spatial analysis shows that most streets have a moderate level of satisfaction for the elderly.All streets need to focus on improving the content of community services and pay attention to the needs of the elderly. |
