Research On The Spatial Layout Model Of Public Service Facilities In Livable Units Of Villages And Towns ——A Case Study Of Shandong Region

In recent years,under the impetus of the rural revitalization strategy,China’s rural areas have achieved remarkable development,but at present,rural areas are still the shortcomings of China’s modernization construction.In the face of the large income gap between urban and rural areas,the uneven allocation of public service facilities,the continuous loss of rural population,the rural environment has not yet been fully and properly protected,and the huge resistance brought by the current spread of the new crown epidemic to rural development,exploring rural spatial renewal methods,improving the level of rural governance,effectively responding to epidemic prevention and control,optimizing the spatial layout of rural public service facilities,and building a livable rural environment are still important topics in rural research.This thesis focuses on the strategy of rural revitalization,based on the current situation of rural development,taking the rural space in Shandong as the research scope,the spatial layout of rural public service facilities as the research object,combined with the actual needs of current rural development,with the purpose of updating rural spatial planning,improving rural governance capabilities,optimizing the spatial layout of rural public service facilities,and creating a livable rural environment,proposing the concept of building livable units in village and town communities,exploring the division of livable units,and on this basis,The spatial layout pattern of public service facilities within the unit is studied.The whole text is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research object and scope,research purpose and significance,research content and method,and interpretation of related concepts,and sorts out relevant research at home and abroad.The second chapter is a basic study on the spatial layout of public service facilities for livable units in village and town communities,including relevant theoretical basis and methodological basis,focusing on the necessity of proposing the concept of livable units in village and town communities,as well as the analysis of the concept of livable units,analyzing the relationship between livable units in village and town communities and traditional villages and towns,and combining the investigation of rural spaces in Shandong,the spatial profile of typical villages and towns is preliminarily discussed.The third chapter is a study on the division of livable units in village and town communities,first of all,the principle of the division of livable units is clarified,and secondly,through the introduction of the living circle theory,based on the premise of the current road accessibility,the Arc Gis network analysis method is used to construct the livable unit division method,and finally the typical village and town space in Shandong is taken as an example,and the livable unit is divided,according to the scale of the original village and town space,it mainly presents the spatial organization form of one village and one unit,one village multiple unit,and multiple villages and one unit.The fourth chapter is a study on the current situation of the spatial layout of public service facilities in the unit on the basis of unit division,and analyzes the spatial layout characteristics of public service facilities from the aspects of morphological characteristics and type characteristics;through the construction of the convenience calculation method of public service facilities,the convenience characteristics of livable units in typical villages and towns in Shandong are analyzed;the characteristics of the number of facilities of each nature are analyzed in combination with the service nature of public service facilities in the unit;and finally the main service object characteristics of the unit are discussed according to the actual survey.The fifth chapter is based on the previous research on the spatial layout mode of livable unit public service facilities,according to the spatial distribution location and form of public service facilities in the unit,summarizes the four main spatial layout modes of central centralized,central strip,edge centralized and marginal strip,expounds the characteristics of each model,and further studies the influencing factors of the spatial layout mode of livable unit public service facilities in villages and towns,and analyzes the mode of action of influencing factors.The key points of the spatial layout of public service facilities in livable units are summarized.Analyze the concept of livable units in village and town communities,construct the spatial division method of livable
