In order to "balance social development, improve social relations, and correctly handle social contradictions",the Central City Work Conference on December 20,2015 proposed to "accelerate the transformation of shantytowns and dilapidated houses, and promote the comprehensive renovation of old residential communities in an orderly manner, and strive to basically achieve 2020 Complete the renovation of existing urban shantytowns, urban villages and dilapidated houses, and accelerate the renovation of old communities. In this context, research on the related problems faced by the old community is of great practical significance for building a "happy, fair, harmonious, economical, and vibrant well-off society." This article takes the current "spatial mismatch" phenomenon faced by old communities as a perspective, and adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to explore the spatial distribution of urban rail transit stations to the "spatial mismatch" phenomenon of old communities.influences.Based on the related research results,it puts forward: 1)the formation mechanism and key links of the "spatial mismatch" phenomenon in Chongqing’s old communities;2)the impact of the spatial distribution of rail transit stations on the spatial structure of the "spatial mismatch" phenomenon in Chongqing’s old communities Mechanism;3)a planning strategy framework from spatial structure optimization to social structure improvement, and put forward a series of planning policy combinations to improve the “spatial mismatch” phenomenon faced by Chongqing ’s old communities. The content of this article mainly includes three parts: introduction, text and conclusion, with a total of six chapters. The details are as follows:In the introduction, the first chapter mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of this research, and determines the research object, and conducts the research design and demonstration. In the body part, the research body part starts from the second chapter. In the second chapter, through combing and commenting on relevant research and literature at home and abroad, this paper explores the dual structure of "social structural mismatch" and "spatial structural mismatch" in the "spatial mismatch" phenomenon faced by old communities. And demonstrated that the rail transit system can affect the "spatial mismatch" phenomenon by affecting this dual structure.Based on the above theoretical framework, this article uses relevant qualitative data in Chapter 3 to explore the formation mechanism and the two key links of the “spatial mismatch” phenomenon in Chongqing ’s old communities through qualitative research: “Floating population, employees in the original unit "Space competition with other residents" and "the space imbalance formed by the place of residence and public resources".The former is represented in the social structure by the social exclusion, strong relative deprivation and repulsion faced by the residents of the old community, while the latter is represented by the spatial isolation, marginalization and fragmented space faced by the old community distributed.Later in Chapter 4,through quantitative research,it was verified that the performance of these two key mechanisms in social structure and spatial structure is highly related to the uneven spatial structure of urban public resources distribution. In Chapter 6,based on this influence mechanism, this paper combines domestic and foreign related planning policies and planning laws and regulations, and proposes an optimization strategy for the spatial distribution of urban rail transit stations based on “spatial structure optimization” and “social structure improvement”.Connect to a large system to help the last mile "," open up traffic microcirculation, improve residents’ mobility "," equally distribute resources equally, improve public service accessibility "," promote residential mixing, ease social exclusion "," accelerate household registration " Reform, balance residents’ welfare ","strengthen vocational education, alleviate the lack of ability " and other policy combinations. In the conclusion, this article summarizes the results of this study, summarizes the shortcomings of the "spatial mismatch" research framework and impact mechanism constructed in this study, and puts forward suggestions and prospects for subsequent research.
