| With the development of the country’s national economy,the demand for the power industry in production and life has gradually increased.The power industry is an important guarantee for continuously satisfying the people’s increasing living standards and promoting the stable development of the national economy.In recent years,countries around the world have continuously increased their investment in the power industry,hoping to build a stable domestic power system foundation by increasing economic investment.The business involved in the power structure is complex,and the quality of substation project construction is particularly important.Considering the many problems in the risk management of domestic substation projects and the importance of substation projects,it is very necessary to strengthen the risk management of substation projects.This article focuses on the construction of the220 k V Qiantang substation project,and explores how to assess the risk of the 220 k V Qiantang substation project as a whole,grasps the risk level of the substation project as a whole,and does a good job in project risk prevention and control.This is the problem that this article must solve.From the proprietor angle,this article takes the 220 k V Qiantang substation project as the main research object,combines the construction experience of similar projects,and uses the expert interview method to evaluate the possible risk factors and impacts during the construction of the 220 k V Qiantang substation project based on the current safety management status of the Qiantang substation project.To establish a220 k V Qiantang Substation Project Safety Risk Assessment Model from five aspects:safety,technology,environment,economy and management.According to the scores of risk occurrence probability,occurrence frequency,consequences and scope of influence obtained by expert investigation,combined with the revised LEC(Likelihood,Exposure,Criticality)method,the comprehensive score of each risk factor is calculated.Finally,according to the constructed risk evaluation system,the risk level is divided,and reasonable risk prevention and control measures are formulated pertinently,the risk prevention and control organization structure of the220 k V Qiantang substation project is improved,and various rules and regulations are improved to help the management and various parties.The construction personnel recognize and understand the risks,so as to reduce the possible risks and losses as much as possible.Finally,this paper proposes targeted risk control measures based on the evaluation results,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the engineering risk management of the 220 k V Qiantang substation project,and has certain reference significance for the risk management of similar substation projects. |
