Research On Risk Evaluation Of CJ Company’s Ternary Lithium Ion Power Battery Project

As natural resources become increasingly scarce and global temperatures gradually rise,environmental problems have become the focus of all sectors of society.The emergence and development of new energy plays a vital role in solving environmental problems.In particular,it is carried in the environment-friendly power battery industry of new energy vehicles,which effectively reduces oil loss and environmental pollution.Therefore,the Chinese government introduced a series of policies to promote and stimulate the new energy automobile industry,and new energy power battery enterprises also developed rapidly.However,in recent years,the national fiscal contraction,the decline of subsidies for new energy projects,and the gradual transition to a market-oriented development industry have led to the impact of new energy automobile enterprises as well as upstream and downstream related enterprises,facing inevitable business risks.Based on ternary lithium battery project CJ company as the carrier,based on the risk management theory and set pair analysis theory,by conducting field investigation,and obtain 216 valid questionnaires,using set pair analysis method,according to the theory of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control framework,ternary lithium ion battery of CJ company project,we deeply analyzed the present situation of operational risk,assess the CJ company ternary lithium ion battery level of risk of the project,and the relevant prevention and control measures are put forward according to the results of the study Among the risk factors affecting CJ ternary lithium ion power battery,the market risk and financial risk are relatively high,and the rating is level 3,which is a moderate risk.It has an impact on the project,and it is necessary to take timely measures for risk prevention and control.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth progress of CJ ternary lithium ion project,reduce risk losses and improve the profitability of the enterprise,risk control measures are proposed to enhance the enterprise’s risk management quality and other relevant Suggestions.
