With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the technology level,the demand for products from customers has gradually changed from the previous homogenization and simplification to individualization and customization,and put forward higher requirements for the speed of product replacement.Therefore,how to quickly respond to customer needs in the product design stage for innovative design,and the most reasonable allocation of resources under the constraints of limited resources to ensure the balance between corporate profits and customer satisfaction,is the enterprise in the market environment The key to survival.This thesis will combine the modular design concept with customer demand to realize the rational allocation of resources in the product design stage and effectively solve the above problems.The following research was carried out on the acquisition of customer requirements,the establishment and mapping of resource configuration modules,and the configuration issues of product design stages such as configuration models:(1)In terms of customer demand acquisition,the KJ method and Kano model are first combined to complete the initial screening of customer needs to determine the general direction of product improvement;Then use the rough analytic method to calculate the initial weight corresponding to the customer’s demand;Considering the deviation of demand caused by the competition of the same type of products in the market and the satisfaction degree of customers’ different types of demand improvement,the sensitivity coefficient of customer demand is calculated by entropy method and Kano-statistical analysis respectively;Finally,based on the initial weight,the correction coefficient is adjusted to achieve full acquisition and evaluation of customer needs.(2)In the aspect of demand and resource mapping,the QFD model is used to link the customer requirements with the configuration resources in the design phase,to find out the configuration resources that meet the requirements and then to modularize the resources,and to determine the corresponding requirements for each customer according to the current situation of the enterprise.Resource configuration scheme,that is,module instance.Then choose the appropriate fuzzy membership function to measure the degree of matching between customer requirements and module instances,and quantitatively analyze the degree to which each configuration scheme meets customer needs.(3)In terms of resource allocation,the ratio of customer satisfaction to cost is taken as the measure of customer satisfaction,and customer satisfaction is maximized as the objective function of the model.Considering the actual situation,the constraints are divided into three categories: cost constraint,supply constraint and condition constraint.The corresponding model is established according to the actual situation.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal configuration scheme.This thesis takes the refrigerator as an example to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the “product design resource allocation model” mentioned in the paper.
