| Urban spatial structure is a process of dynamic change.With the acceleration of urbanization,the internal and external factors of urban economy and society are also changing and improving day by day.At present,With the continuous restructuring of global urban spatial pattern,the increasing urban population,the increasingly serious urban spatial problems,the continuous renewal of urban spatial development concepts,the continuous agglomeration of social and economic elements,and the transformation opportunities faced by urban industrial development,it is particularly important to construct a reasonable urban spatial structure.This paper systematically sorts out and studies relevant research theories at home and abroad,selects relevant research methods for reference,uses traditional space syntax and big data methods to construct the technical method system of urban spatial structure identification and zoning,and organically expands the current analysis methods that mostly focus on the qualitative perspective.This research can be divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,puts forward the research content,methods and technical route of this paper,and sorts out the relevant research results and theoretical research of technical methods at home and abroad,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.The second part is the research on the construction of the technical method system of urban spatial structure characteristics.On the basis of summarizing the existing research,the technical method system of urban spatial structure identification and zoning is completed through the construction of a series of specific technical methods and steps,such as data acquisition,data processing,grade division,cross comparison,etc.Finally,the completed technical method system is implemented in a specific practice case,that is,taking the downtown area of Hefei as the research object,the status quo and theoretical characteristics of urban spatial structure are comprehensively evaluated and compared,and the corresponding suitability optimization strategy is proposed for the zoning of different spatial structure.To sum up,the core features of this paper are as follows: breaking through the constraints of existing technical methods for analysis of urban spatial structure characteristics,concretizing and visualizing the system of technical methods for analysis of urban spatial structure characteristics,and constructing a technical method path for identification and zoning of urban spatial structure combining theory and practice.In view of the current situation of urban spatial structure research,this paper organically combines the traditional urban spatial structure analysis method--urban spatial accessibility research method with the current big data analysis technology,and constructs a new idea of urban spatial structure research based on grid method combining theory and practice.Through Axwoman space syntax model calculating unit scale of urban grid space accessibility numerical density,big data are POI density value of each grid space,then accessibility and POI density cross comparison analysis,and based on the accessibility of POI data and double under the restriction of urban spatial structure type and space partitioning scheme.Taking the downtown area of Hefei as an example,this paper calculates POI density and accessibility value of unit scale grid space in Hefei respectively,and obtains 9 different combinations of accessibility and POI density through cross comparative analysis of the two,and then divides the 9 combinations into 3 types of spatial partitions.Then,according to the characteristics of each space type,the paper puts forward some specific spatial development suggestions.The research can provide technical methods and practical reference for the research on the characteristics of urban spatial structure,and provide scientific and accurate decision-making basis for the planning,layout and optimal development of urban space. |
