| Rapid urbanization has made the urban spatial structure increasingly complex,and the rapid expansion of urban construction scale has led to the unreasonable layout of urban functions and road network forms,which has caused a series of urban problems.The research and optimization of urban spatial structure are particularly important for the healthy and sustainable development of cities.Multi-source big data provides new ideas and methods for the study of urban spatial structure.Based on multi-source big data such as POI data,Tencent location big data and OSM road network data,this thesis uses spatial syntax theory and GIS spatial analysis method to analyze the functional spatial structure characteristics,spatial-temporal characteristics of population agglomeration and road network structure form of Jinan central city in a qualitative and quantitative way,and analyzes the degree of urban functional composite utilization in multi-scale,And the use of SWOT analysis,combined with the status quo of spatial structure and optimization objectives,put forward the corresponding optimization guidance strategy,to provide a scientific basis for the planning and development of Jinan central city.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The functional structure of Jinan’s central urban area presents a spatial form of "banded mono-core city center,multi-level regional center and district center".The main urban area is currently in a star-shaped expansion pattern along the axis of the road network in multiple directions along the axis of the road network,"point-axis" The basic development of the “one city,two districts” spatial structure has emerged,and Jingshi West Road-Jingshi Road-Jingshi East Road has become the main urban development axis for the expansion of the east and west wings of the central city.Due to the limitations of the natural geographical environment and the influence of the road network,it is predicted that the central city will expand in an east-west direction in the future and form a grid-like spatial pattern with the east-west double-wing new city.(2)The functional elements of the study area are distributed in a central cluster.Except for the residential function,other functional facilities present a "center-peripheral" differential distribution;the distribution of residential functions,commercial and entertainment functions,and transportation facilities in the main urban area is relatively reasonable,and industrial functions are more distributed In the periphery of the city center;although the eastern and western urban areas form regional-level functional centers,the overall scale is relatively small,and the functional compound level of Jinan’s central urban area is generally average.Changes in urban population enthusiasm are closely related to the work of residents,and the population enthusiasm concentration center presents a "belt-shaped large core,dual small cores,and multizone-level center" structure.(3)The roads with high accessibility and road network level are distributed in the main city area,which is consistent with the functional space identified by the POI data;the multi-scale radius spatial syntax analysis once again interprets the urban multi-center spatial structure;identifies the high traffic crossing potential,Highly accessible urban development axis.Commercial facilities have a significant correlation with the road network form,among which shopping and financial commercial facilities are highly correlated with integration variables under the axis model.(4)The author proposes to build Jinan’s downtown area into a high-level city with a highquality core,a multi-level center,and a multi-scale functional composite space structure,and proposes to improve the diversity and complexity of urban functions,improve the accessibility of main roads,and strengthen rail transit The construction of optimization strategies such as increasing the interaction between urban areas and accelerating the construction of modern new cities in the east and west. |
