Design Research Of SOHO Residential Kitchen Storage Space

Nowadays,SOHO residential kitchen is no longer a simple auxiliary space for residents to cook and eat.It has become the most functional,important and frequently used area in the residential environment,and is an important place for people to enjoy delicious food.However,the existing problems of insufficient space and low storage utilization rate make SOHO residential kitchen storage in a dilemma for a while,and the old storage form does not match the storage demand of residents.Therefore,how to make efficient use of SOHO residential kitchen storage space has become the focus of this studyThis paper takes the storage space of SOHO residential kitchen as the research object,and takes the knowledge of interior design,ergonomics and housing science as the theoretical support.At the same time,with the help of scientific research methods such as literature research,real investigation and practical verification,this paper innovatively puts forward the storage principle,storage strategy,fine design of main storage space and design method of expanding storage of SOHO residential kitchen.Then the theory and practice are combined to test the practicality and feasibility of the research results through the design practice.The results show that the theory can provide a feasible kitchen storage scheme for SOHO households.The first chapter of this paper mainly expounds the research background The purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and research innovation.The second chapter mainly analyzes the storage space of SOHO residential kitchen,which includes the related concepts of SOHO,kitchen space,the elements of kitchen storage space,and kitchen storage demand.The third chapter mainly analyzes the storage status of SOHO residential kitchen,including real questionnaire survey and case study.Finally,six common storage problems are summarized.The fourth chapter focuses on the SOHO residential kitchen storage principles,strategies and design methods.Innovatively put forward three principles of using frequency,nearby storage and object classification,and radial hierarchical storage strategy with each functional area as the core.Launched the main storage space kitchen cabinet fine design and expand the design of kitchen cabinet storage space.In addition,the author describes the above principles and strategies in refrigerators,independent lockers and island platform storage application.The fifth chapter mainly carries out the innovative practice of SOHO residential kitchen storage space design,which includes the basic information of residents,house type map and on-site photos,residents’ storage intention statistics,storage space design scheme and design scheme description.The kitchen storage design research is not limited to the kitchen cabinet,focusing on improving and expanding the storage and utilization of kitchen cabinet.This paper creatively puts forward the storage strategy,storage principle and storage space design method of SOHO residential kitchen which is not limited by space layout.At present,there are few academic materials related to this aspect.It is hoped that this exploratory research will have theoretical reference and practical guidance value for the design of kitchen storage space of similar or similar types of residential buildings.By summarizing the existing problems of kitchen storage,this paper puts forward a set of design principles,strategies and design schemes of kitchen storage space,which has universal guiding significance and is not limited to the spatial layout,so as to lay the foundation for the formation of orderly modern SOHO residential kitchen space.
