Research On The Renovation Of B&B In Huizhou Based On The Protection Of Traditional Residential Value

This paper takes Huizhou traditional residential B&B as the research object,based on the theoretical basis of value protection,and conducts a study on the activation of traditional residence that are gradually abandoned in traditional villages.The research content of the article includes: research on the concept and content of the value of traditional houses;analysis of the value of various components of traditional houses in Huizhou;evaluation of the value of traditional houses before the renovation of theb B&B;the specific content of the renovation of traditional residence and the optimization of the renovation strategy based on the protection of the value of traditional residence.Among them,the value analysis,value appraisal and the specific content of the renovation of residential houses are the core chapters of this article.The value of traditional dwellings is the product of the application of architectural heritage value to traditional dwellings.This paper sorts out the existing literature and concludes that there are three types of traditional residential value-material value,spiritual value,and social value,then sorts out and interprets the value types contained in it.This paper selects traditional Huizhou houses as the research object,divides them into building facade,residential space,building decoration,building structure,and analyzes the value based on material,spiritual,and social values.The theoretical basis for the targeted transformation of the homestay.The value evaluation of the original traditional house in the homestay is the basis of the research on the renovation of the homestay.This article summarizes the value of the traditional house,develops an evaluation system and uses the expert questionnaire as a means to calculate the evaluation index weight using AHP.This paper selects Ban Ta Shan House,Ban Shan Xian Ke,Nanshan Lane No.3 and Ban Ri Xian as the research objects to score by subjective and objective evaluation indicators to determine the value orientation of traditional dwellings.So as to guide the removal,retention and modification of building components in the transformation of traditional residential houses.In addition,this article summarizes the contents of the renovation of B&B from the research directions of structure,wall positioning,space construction,material placement,and facade renovation.Determine the impact of different renovation methods on the value of traditional houses,and put forward specific renovation strategies and strength restrictions for the four aspects of building facade,residential space,decoration and structure based on the value orientation.The fundamental purpose of the transformation of traditional houses into a homestay is to integrate modern civilization with historical memory based on value protection,to achieve the activation and regeneration of traditional houses,to enhance the sense of cultural identity,and to realize the cultural rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
