Research On Optimization Of Product Development Quality Management Process Of CY Company

With the development trend of electric and intelligent automobile industry,China’s new energy vehicles have entered a period of rapid development.By the end of 2020,China’s production and sales of new energy vehicles have ranked first in the world for six consecutive years.As a key component of new energy vehicles,the product quality level of lithium battery is an important factor affecting the transformation of China’s automobile industry from a big country to a powerful country of new energy vehicles.Lithium battery belongs to the emerging industry,with the characteristics of fine chemical industry,automotive electronics,precision processing,software development and other industries,products across multiple fields,quality control is difficult.In the context of fierce market competition,CY Company’s product development quality has been confronted with problems such as reduced customer satisfaction and reduced product qualification rate.How to improve the development quality management level of lithium battery products is a key issue to be solved by the company.This paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of CY company’s product development quality management process,found out the main problems affecting the company’s product development quality,and then found out the causes of the problems through interviews with key people and root cause analysis.Based on IATF L6949 quality management system requirements and APQP product development quality management method,benchmarking analysis was conducted on CY company’s product development quality management process stage division,definition of quality management activities,quality responsibilities,quality performance objectives,quality activity deliverables and other dimensions,and optimization and improvement plans were formulated.Optimize CY company’s product development quality process.Finally,after CY company product development and quality management process optimization to achieve the results of tracking and evaluation,the optimized product development quality management process in operating efficiency,product qualified rate,customer satisfaction and other dimensions have bigger promotion,the improvement in review improvement in process institutionalization will improve the methods and content,to guide product development and quality management in the late work.According to CY company product development quality management process problem solving method in the process of operation research,solve the problem of CY company product development in the process of quality management,improving the quality of company product development level,at the same time,the lithium battery industry formed a general methodology and management framework,to other lithium battery product development enterprise quality management optimization provides reference.
