| With the rapid development of market economy and the substantial improvement of people’s living standards,the market demand of construction industry is increasing,and the industry development momentum is strong.With the rapid development of construction industry,it also brings unprecedented challenges to construction enterprises.Construction projects are often responded by many factors,such as large scale,complex natural conditions,high technical difficulty and capital investment In this context,the level of project management has become the key factor for construction enterprises to stand out in the market competition.As one of the important contents of project management,project schedule management is directly related to the economic benefits of engineering projects and the promotion of market competitiveness of enterprises.Construction enterprises must speed up the progress of projects on the basis of ensuring the quality of projects,complete the construction and delivery of projects within the scheduled time,and realize the maximization of project benefits.However,most construction projects will encounter a variety of practical problems in the construction cycle.For example,in the early stage of the project,due to insufficient collection of field data,the actual situation of construction deviates from the design;in the process of construction,due to the change of weather and other factors,the construction may be delayed;due to the mechanical equipment and human resources can not be in place in time,it may lead to construction delay There are various construction delays.In the acceptance stage of the project,due to the lack of acceptance data,the acceptance may be delayed.Driven by economic benefits,in order to complete the contract on time and reduce the construction period to the maximum extent,some enterprises have to take measures such as increasing the project cost and sacrificing the project quality,thus causing adverse social impact.In this paper,combined with the relevant theories and methods of modern construction project schedule management,from the perspective of construction practice,the first phase project of a project is selected as a case.Through layer by layer analysis,the factors of each link in the construction are considered to analyze the progress management of engineering construction.On the basis of meeting the project quality and cost objectives,how to properly arrange the construction of each process,coordinate the relationship between various equipment resources and human resources to ensure that the construction progress of the second phase project meets the requirements of the construction period,which has certain reference value for the actual construction management of the project. |
