| In recent years,the domestic oil field engineering market has been nearly saturated,and the focus of domestic oilfield engineering companies has gradually been turned to competing for international market share and participating in international project bidding.L Company has successfully won the bidding of CY project.As the EPC contractor for the first time,L Company undertakes the task of the EPC work for international company.L Company has encountered many problems in the process of implementation of project.This paper studies on resolving abundant problems in the surface engineering project of the oil field.How to improve the progress management of the oil field engineering project,is the research’s major direction.According to the typical cases of schedule delay encountered in L Company of CY project,the case describes four typical cases leading to schedule delay,such as delay caused by schedule management work,and frequently updated drawings,supplier data delay and part of professional design overdue problem.Through the analysis of cases,the paper s project organization structure design,project planning and control and work is utilized According to the theory of decomposition structure,the main reasons for the case are the lack of management ability of the management team,the inactive working attitude of the designers,the vulnerable anti-risk ability of the project,and the unreasonable design plan.For the sake of solving the above problems,countermeasures and suggestions is utilized:the project management team is optimized,the progress appraisal system is established,project risk management and control system is optimized,and the design plan is amended,the performance of design schedule management of CY project has been improved significantly. |
