Research On The Safety Risk Management Of Railway Tunnel Construction Project In Airport Hub

In recent years,China’s transportation infrastructure construction has made great progress.The hub airport connecting rail transit has been constantly exploring in practice,gradually changing from the mode of urban rail transit to multi-level rail transit system.Some hub airports have built or planned to connect the trunk railway,intercity railway,city(suburban)railway,urban rail transit and other collection and distribution systems,and the accessibility has been further improved.At present,China’s hub airports have been carrying out the reconstruction and expansion projects,and the construction of trunk railway,intercity railway and urban rail transit is also speeding up.The government vigorously and orderly promotes the effective connection between the hub airport and the rail transit,speeds up the construction of a comprehensive transportation system connecting the inside and outside,gives full play to the comparative advantages of rail transit,and improves the safety,convenience and economy of the hub airport connecting the rail transit.The risk probability of railway tunnel construction project in the hub airport rail transit project is higher,and the impact is more serious.Because the tunnel construction will cause ground deformation and form foundation settlement,considering the safety of aircraft operation,it requires a higher level of technology and management of railway tunnel construction project.In this paper,the basic theory of modern risk management is applied to the railway tunnel construction project of an airport hub to evaluate the risk of the project.According to the safety risk level obtained from the evaluation,the specific risk response measures and risk control strategies are formulated.Enrich the existing railway tunnel construction project safety risk management theory.At the same time,the research on the safety risk management of the tunnel safety construction project in the hub airport rail transit project can make the corresponding railway design units,construction units and equipment management units realize the safety risks in the tunnel construction project,effectively assess the safety risks,formulate effective preventive measures,strengthen the safety risk management,and prevent or reduce the safety risks Reduce the occurrence of railway safety accidents.It provides reference for safety risk management of similar projects.
