In recent years,China has continuously increased the scale of investment in the construction of high-speed railway projects.Under the background of the continuous establishment and implementation of large-scale high-speed railway projects,great business opportunities and challenges have come to a large number of construction enterprises and management enterprises in China,and at the same time,it has played an effective role in alleviating the employment problem of local people to some extent.As an important component of supporting national economy,road traffic and public travel,high-speed railway engineering projects have the characteristics of long construction period,huge investment scale,complex construction technology and large number of professional units.Compared with general railway engineering projects,high-speed railway engineering projects are extremely complex and special.In 2020,the central committee of the communist party of China’s prime minister li keqiang,in his government work report points out,by 2020,China’s high-speed rail mileage will reach 30000 kilometers,covering more than 80% of the cities,and into this goal remains to achieve 2021 years later,the landmark Numbers,not only means that the high-speed railway construction in China in the future will be accelerated,behind also has brought the massive investment,time limit for a project control,the pressure brought by the construction quality,and is also independent of high speed railway projects will begin in the face of organization and management,technology,progress,multidimensional risk factors such as environment,thus high speed railway project implementation stage,The risk management level of the project team will directly have a decisive impact on the construction quality,progress,economic benefits and social benefits of the high-speed railway project.In high speed railway engineering project risk management research,this paper is engaged in subject research background,the basic purpose and significance of metasomatism,based on domestic and abroad,a large number of literature reading,understanding of risk management,project risk management at home and abroad,high research and development status of railway project risk management,then around risk,risk management,risk management procedures,etc to analyze the core concepts and theoretical overview,content,with extremely representative case-BL high-speed rail project as the research object,analysis of BL after the project overview,based on the risk identification,Points out that the BL high-speed rail project organization and management,design,technology risk,economic risk,environment risk,implementation risk identification,with the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to support the risk assessment work,build risk evaluation criterion,after dividing BL index system of high speed railway project risk level,the level of A system class B C level within the risk factors for expert importance analysis method,finally with analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to construct judgment matrix,the different B level weights of risk factors,finally realizes the BL high-speed rail project in low risk,risk and high risk factors,and the risk assessment results,Risk mitigation measures are formulated around project organization risk,project design technical risk,project schedule risk and project environment risk,and specific cases of each risk mitigation stage of BL high-speed railway are put forward respectively to demonstrate the specific application of mitigation measures proposed in this paper.Finally,based on the development of various risk mitigation measures,the conclusions of the risk management research of BL high-speed railway project are clarified,and suggestions for further optimization of the risk management of China’s high-speed railway project are put forward.High-speed railway project,the risk under the new circumstances the population reflects the diversity and characteristics,this paper takes examples of typical project case study on risk management,and the theory significance,first to a certain extent,reduce the risk of high speed railway project construction stage in our country all kinds of probability,in order to reduce the risk for high speed railway project implementation of the economic and social benefits double the loss.Second,the research results of this paper are helpful to improve the ability of risk identification and decision-making of construction units.Practice point of view,this paper USES analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to build model in case BL high-speed rail project risk evaluation,and development organizations,design technology,progress,environmental risk resolve measures four dimensions,the first to a certain degree to make China’s high-speed rail project management personnel to understand the project implementation stage could face a common risk,second can guide the construction unit,the team how to realize the high-speed rail project risk identification and evaluation,the third for construction unit,the project team in the face of the high-speed rail project all kinds of risks for resolving,and the equation measures implemented to provide reference and reference value.
