The rail-road intermodal transportation is one of the important contents in the development of comprehensive transportation strategy and logistics mode transformation in China. In the information age, only by completing the docking of information can the real multimodal transport be realized. The sharing of information and resources is helpful to optimize the transport structure, enhance the Synergistic effects between different transport organizations, realize the efficient connection between different transport modes in the process of intermodal transport, and create favorable conditions for the fluency of intermodal transport. However, the process of rail-road intermodal transportition involves many subjects, the information distribution is relatively scattered, and the information among different organizations is relatively isolated. How to effectively use the information resources to establish a more efficient and flexible transport process needs further research. Therefore, from the perspective of process, this paper will discuss the new intermodal transport process based on information sharing among different organizations,so as to improve the link efficiency and flexibility of transport process between different transport modes in the intermodal transport process, and also help to enhance the core competitiveness of intermodal transport in the transport market.Firstly, this paper analyzes the main transport stages of the existing process of rail-road intermodal transportation, and sorts out the existing problems in the process of rail-road intermodal transport combining with the current freight related data. Then, the colored Petri net is used for hierarchical modeling to clarify the related logistics and information flow involved in the whole intermodal transport process,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent optimization process from the level of information sharing. And according to the principles of process management and business process reengineering and the problems that need to be solved, this paper puts forward the idea of process optimization. This paper mainly integrates and reorganizes the existing processes from the perspective of information sharing,so as to minimize the hinder of time and space on the process.Based on the integration of the shared information of the whole transport process, this paper establishes a new transport process by using colored Petri net. Finally, according to the principle of incidence matrix analysis, the performance of the model is analyzed and verified. In order to further study the effect of intermodal transportation process before and after optimization, the Petri net model before and after process optimization is simulated and analyzed based on the characteristics of CPN tools, which can simplify the complex model, support code writing and dynamic simulation.Taking the specific transportation of high-value scattered freight as an example, the flow process of logistics and information flow is simulated. Finally, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the economic performance of information sharing in the process of rail-road intermodal transportation from the aspects of transportation time difference, truck load rate, train traction rate, etc. In addition, this paper also compares the sharing level of information and resources before and after the optimization of the model, and finds that the optimized intermodal transport process can give full play to the role of information and resources, which provides a reference for the information construction of rail-road intermodal transport. There are 36 figures,37 tables and 58 references in this paper.
