Research On The Development And Current Situation Of Care Facilities For The Aged With Dementia In Beijing

With the aggravation of aging in the world,China has become the country with the largest population of the elderly with dementia.It is more and more urgent to establish and improve the security system to adapt to the care of the elderly with dementia in our country.However,the related research and practice in our country started late,and the development of cities is unbalanced,and the carding and analysis of the problems and root causes in the overall or local development are not enough.Therefore,this paper selects Beijing,which is one of the early aging cities in China,to build care facilities for the elderly with dementia and accumulate some experience.At the same time,it is in the leading and leading role in China.Based on the architecture major,this paper conducts literature collection and field research on the development process and nodes of the spatial environment of the care facilities for the elderly with dementia,combs the policy guidance of the care for the elderly with dementia in the nursing homes and nursing stations in China,and makes statistics,induction and Analysis on the standardized service,degree,type and standard of the care facilities.Combined with foreign advanced and mature research results,this paper summarizes the reference evaluation criteria,and selects five nursing homes with special care area for the elderly with dementia and five nursing stations providing services for the elderly with dementia as the research objects.It investigates and analyzes the gains and losses of the development process of care facilities for the elderly with dementia in Beijing from two aspects of institutional care and community care,Through the research on the current situation of the use of the space environment for the care of the elderly with dementia,this paper summarizes the design points and difficulties of the care facilities for the elderly with dementia,in order to provide reference ideas for the future development of the research and construction of the care facilities for the elderly with dementia in China and other regions.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the topic selection,research background,combing the current situation and development trend of care facilities for the mentally retarded elderly in China and Beijing,as well as the overview of domestic and foreign related research,clarifying the research purpose,significance,research content and research framework of the paper;In the second chapter,it clarifies the basic definition of the research,the concept of the research object,and the relationship between the care space for the elderly with dementia and the care facilities,summarizes the research results of the design of the care facilities for the elderly with dementia abroad,and determines the scope and standards of the care services for the elderly with dementia in the nursing home and the care station;The third chapter,through the Internet and field research methods,combined with the above evaluation criteria,selects five corresponding nursing home cases,analyzes the use of dementia care space in Beijing nursing home from eleven dimensions,and points out its advantages and disadvantages according to the current situation.On this basis,it summarizes and analyzes the design points and difficulties of each specific functional space.The fourth chapter,also through the Internet and field research methods,according to the above determined design standards,from the main six dimensions,analyzes the Beijing community pension service station,and according to the current situation of the adjustment and improvement direction,summarizes the focus of the design of the care space for the elderly with dementia in the pension station.The fifth chapter,combined with the above case analysis,summarizes the overall development of the nursing homes and nursing stations in the care facilities for the elderly with dementia in Beijing,puts forward the relevant problems to be solved and grasps the future development trend,so as to provide a design direction for the spatial design of the care facilities for the elderly with dementia in Beijing and even the whole country in the future.
