Research On Indoor And Outdoor Environment Of Pension Stations In Beijing Compounds Based On Elderly People With Dementia

In recent years,the aging of China’s population is becoming increasingly serious,the number of patients with dementia is increasing,long-term care for the elderly with dementia needs to be urgently solved.Domestic research on dementia elderly care is mostly limited to institutional elderly care,and there is very little research on Community-based elderly care.Looking at the evolution of China’s pension system and the introduction of relevant policies in Beijing,it can be seen that Community-based elderly care is an inevitable trend of future development.The pension station service model advocated in Beijing in recent years.In the future,it will take a large proportion in the cause of dementia care.As a unique type of community under China’s socialist planned economy system,the compound is a typical representative community in a historical stage in China,and it is also a type of community that urgently needs to be renovated in the process of urban development in China.At the same time,the compound in Beijing has the most concentrated distribution,the largest number and the most diverse types.Combined with the above basic research and the Beijing key science and technology plan project "Research on Demented Elderly Care Space Building Environment and Intelligent Facilities" that the author participated in.Finally,this thesis selected "dementia elderly" and "pension station of the compound" as the research object.From the perspective of dementia care,an architectural investigation was conducted on the indoor and outdoor environment of the pension station of the compound.To observe the behavioral activities and BPSD symptoms of the elderly with dementia.Combined with foreign advanced theoretical research and case studies,based on the local area,the indoor and outdoor environment design method of pension station of the compound for the elderly with dementia is proposed.In order to improve the design level of the environment for the care of the elderly with dementia in China,improve the quality of life for the elderly with dementia.The thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter is to sort out the current situation of China’s aging population and the development of dementia.Summarize the evolution of China’s pension system and related policies in Beijing.Analyze the research status at home and abroad.Clarify the purpose,meaning,content,method and innovation of the research thesis.The second chapter is to sort out the basic knowledge of dementia and pension station.And summarize the mature cases of community-based elderly care for the elderly with dementia in foreign countries.The third chapter is to select the research objectives,And through the field research method to observe the behavioral activities and adverse symptoms of the elderly with dementia in the indoor and outdoor environment of the pension station in the compound.Summarize the problems existing in the indoor and outdoor environment.The fourth chapter summarizes the design goals and design principles based on the mature foreign theoretical system.And according to the actual research,according to the unique behavior and psychological characteristics of the demented elderly,a localized design method of indoor and outdoor environment of the pension station in the compound is proposed.The fifth chapter summarizes the research in this thesis,and puts forward an outlook for the future community-based elderly care for dementia in China.
